I’m sorry Ade. It’s time to go my old fruit. You clearly have no clue whatsoever. Recruitment. Discipline. Tactics. Woeful. This is Dartford FC, sir, not your run of the mill Isthmian League fodder. (Oh, wait!)
C’mon Board. It’s only February. Get someone in for the final push. TB will sort this mess out. We can do it. Just not with Pennock dithering about!
"TB will sort this mess out"
No he won't. Move on. He couldn't save us when we went down and he certainly won't be able to get is promoted now.

Agree with all of this, just not the Burman part.
Can’t keep going back in time.
Ha. I have a notification that the other clueless twat at the club, MS, has responded to my post. I have him blocked so please don’t quote it anyone. f*ck off you w*nker. Not interested in anything you have to say.
Couldn’t make the game today so can’t really comment on it,
But to lose to the team that were bottom of the league is unacceptable, if we stay with Ady then it’s bye bye playoffs
Unfortunately I feel it’s time for change and must act now if the club is serious about the 5 year plan and want promotion this season.
Not sure who we can get to replace him but need to do something, maybe Kingy but that is not going to happen
Laughing Stock, from Top to Bottom, via the Middle...
As flat as pancake Tuesday...
Won't invest in these same Sh*t'oles next season...
Let's all'ave a DJ Pitch Party instead...
First live darts game for 18 months and have to say I won’t be rushing back. Looked and played like a bunch of strangers put together 5mins before kick off. As one PB supporter said “jeez like land of the giants” and we played like it. Simply dreadful from back to front. Think we mustered one meaningful shot in the second half maybe 3 all game?!? Again not much right to comment but Dsane the only bright spark
In the whole team but if he can’t start or isn’t getting picked why should he bother?!
Before today, Potters Bar had conceded forty goals in fifteen league matches at home. Canvey Island are the only other away team that has failed to score in a league match against them at their own ground.
We started with two of our best players on the bench and a loan player making his debut on the pitch. Our captain made a brief appearance before being subbed, having picked up yet another caution.
Our away form may cost us a chance of a low play off position. Desperately disappointing.
End of season performance as though we have nothing to play for. Close to the truth.
I've been a Ade Pennock backer but I am beginning to wonder
There's still plenty to play for but there's now a gap opening up and it's looking a big ask. Even bigger since the beginning of this game now.
The board finally accepted that they responded far too late previously with Coco the clown in charge for any damage limitation to be done.
We can only hope that they will learn from previous mistakes and will act a lot quicker this time round to give someone else a chance to turn the team around and get us moving upwards instead of downwards in the table. We’ve now dropped to 7th with Cray over taking us after their 1-1 draw with Chatham.
I am not going to slag off individual players but this squad is not going to get us promoted.
Pennock either doesn't have a big enough budget or he doesn't have the contacts.
My guess is a top half finish but no play off spot.
I hope that I am wrong but that is how it looks to me.
I am a season ticket holder but I won't bother to renew next season because overall I am not enjoying
Watching the Darts under Pennock
I really hope that he proves me wrong because believe me some of the fans are not impressed
With our performances.
Really cannot think of one positive from the game, what the hell does Callum have to do to be on the bench, he spends as much time on his arse, looking for a foul it’s truly embarrassing!
Changes needed for next Saturday Eddie has to start!
I said last week to the group I sit with we will miss out on the playoffs, and on today’s results I think I may be right.
When I saw the starting 11 I thought wtf this team can’t score a goal let alone win a game, it’s got 2-0 down written all over it then Ade brings on Olly and Eddie on 80 minutes to get back in the game. The reality was that it was worse than that , we were just hopeless and never looked like scoring. I have no idea what Ade has done to these players.
I echo what many fans are saying and for the life of me I don’t see what Callum gives to this team. He is the worst Dartford forward I have ever seen play.
When I can I watch my two local teams Waltham Abbey and Walthamstow play as often as I can. They are both in Ryman North, play off position and mid table respectively and honestly they could both give us a game
I don’t know what more to say other than that our season is over
IMO todays result is totally down to the manager and his management team.
They made changes to personnel and formation and it was a complete shambles for 20 minutes. We were all over the place defensively and i honestly couldn't tell if we were playing with 3 or 4 at the back and could easily have been 3 down but for Henleys great saves. Michael got his yellow card for a mistimed challenge right over on the LB touchline position as we didn't appear to have anybody playing LB or LM, just a massive big gap down that side. I do wonder if we would have just continued playing the same way if Michael hadn't been booked?
Second half i can recall one decent strike on goal and as usual we didn't create much from open play as we're so predictable, just listen to our opponents managers interviews who say the same thing. So why did we take Carter off who was our only creative midfielder?
We've got 7 central defenders on the books and 5/6 forwards (Eze?) and yet we ended todays game with a CB up front and a CM as a CB?
The two new players we brought in this week look similar to what we've already got and it was just swapping like for like, nothing different. So i wonder what this has done for "team spirit" as we looked very flat today?
However the two players we've always had, who get you on your feet and are our main GOAL SCORERS (Eddie and Ollie) started on the bench?
I can't see either of them being at the club next season in the current circumstances.
I've always felt we would make the play offs but not get promoted even though on the day everyone has a chance. I hope I'm wrong but even the play offs look a difficult task now.
MOTM Henley, he spared our blushes in the first 20 mins.
As for the club, i made my views known to the board at the AGM on how i felt the club should be run going forward as we've been in decline for four years now and i just can't see us progressing under the current structure. It was no surprise this was knocked back straight away but what did annoy me is that everyone I've spoken to wants the same change as well but just sat there and said nothing.
So imo nothings gonna change and we'll just keep plodding along hoping that results go for us and we somehow get promoted.
I wasn’t at the game yesterday as I decided to work instead of travelling away. I did listen to most of our online commentary and it was clear from the start that no one knew where they should be playing. Disappointing that it seems the manager has not explained his thinking after the game again. We will probably get a transcript of his thoughts in the coming days.
As for the future I agree with park life that most fans did not speak up at the share holders meeting or the meeting after. We are on our 4 management team since Tony stood down in 2018. Three of them management teams have been sacked if we sacked a fourth I am not confident the board would appoint the right person mainly due to everything seems to come down to the budget they are prepared to work within.
Don’t worry we have the five year plan, which will have to be written again because I believe that we are due promotion at the end of this season (has anyone told the manager that?).
I also heard someone say that Samir could be out for the rest of the season.
I have said it before, you have no right to win this league but come on look at us now playing Potters Bar, Jesus the days of battling Luton, Cambridge, and Wrexham are just a memory now.
We have no right to win anything of course but are we so deluded that we expect to be challenging and competitive and in the mix. How can we have the attitude on the pitch we want to challenge for the top spot when we’ve heard different.
I know it’s not easy, I know it’s hard, but we can at the very least have an ambitious approach. We might not have the biggest budget, but we are not a small fish and we remain an attractive club.
As he makes more and more decisions that appear to make no sense at all to most of us, I am drawn back to the 60's and Go Now by the Moody Blues
and in their words Ady
