Until a new man comes in each day of no decision is a day wasted and makes job of the new man more difficult
It took us 7 weeks to appoint a manager (who was already available) in the middle of a relegation scrap. I feel like the club are so scared of making the wrong decision that they run out of time to make the right decision

Also think that each day of no decision is going to cost us big moving forward into next season. Each day is both (obvs) one day fewer available and one day closer to next season. If nothing is announced this week, I’m really worried.

Brentwood manager tap him up ! I would love to think the board were waiting for the play off final outcome before getting the man who has turned Brentwood into a really good side on a limited (compared to others) budget.
I fear unless something happens soon though we will be left with a total rebuild and a panic appointment like the last few seemed to have been.

Another manager ….same board nothing will change why would mr pennock leave for Ramsgate over Dartford ? Any manager coming to Dartford will probably be part of the revolving door
And don’t trust the council I can see the ground being sold for development
I hope not and this coming season is Better for the club…..don’t hold your breath whilst this board is in control

There is no chance of the ground being sold for development. There are plenty of other options for the Council if they're looking for development land opportunities.

PL said it was too late for more suggestions for a manager, even though Tommy Warrilow was a step too far. But then Warrilow was sacked whilst his team was still in the play off position??
So now we have two managers suggested since that have one who has got his 'baby' promoted into this division and another who got his side three minutes away from promotion into the NLS albeit through a penalty shoot out last week. Both with money backing them.
Which begs the question, why would they come to a club that has a b****t restriction?

And why wouldn't Pennock go to Ramsgate?
Any bets that Ramsgate will finish above us next season?
Way above us.

Getting very frustrated with the lack of info coming from the club with regards new manager,
other clubs are selling season tickets for next season signing players but we seem to be just doing nothing,

Local councils will sell any piece of land when a developer comes in with a tidy offer ….and although probably and hopefully it won’t happen
But don’t discount it if this spiral into parks football carry’s on

You seem to forget that the Leader of Dartford Council is Jeremy Kite OTB. He is also embedded in DFC and instrumental in bringing The Darts home, he also got the club a 100 year lease with the option to extend. The club are also heavily invested in youth development that is the central hub of the community. So there you go PalaceDart aka OzyTalksBull. We ain't going anywhere soon and the future is still good for the long term.
I'm more concerned about the short term, where a quick decision needs to be made on the new manager. The fact that we have not got our man yet suggests that there is some muddled thinking from our board. Let's face it, the last two manager's have been very poor and constantly complained about the budget to offset their own abilities in football management.
Come on powers to be, let's get this thing done and dusted before tomorrow. From the outside looking in, it ain't a good look.
