I'm not sure if it will affect their roles with the Dartford Women's team but Connor Dymond & Martin McCarthy have just been announced as the new management team at SCEFL Premier League side Snodland Town.

Re: Management team - new roles
If both teams are part-time and play/train at different times, I don’t see why they can’t do both. And there’s two of them if there is a rare clash
Rhys Terry from the DWFC staff has also been named as an analyst/coach

Re: Management team - new roles
It says that Connor has been involved with them this season as both a player and part of their player staff.
I’ve just read this from the Snodland Chairman Dave Jeal:
“Connor has been part of our playing staff and a leader both on and off the pitch this season. When we met with him after he expressed interest in the vacant role, it was clear that many of our priorities were aligned. We’re excited that Connor will continue his journey with Snodland Town as Player/Manager.”
I would say they will manage both clubs as long as there’s no conflict of interest and they can do both.

Both were involved as player / coaching staff with VCD in the past, while progressing with DFC Women, in tandem.
