Well that feels better. Sounded as if we actually played some decent football, and nice not to be the team with less pkayers on the pitch. Fingers crossed we can push on for the game on Tuesday.

Players back, much better shape with width, an organised defence (Tennant provides that much needed experience there), clean sheet and three points. Let’s hope that’s a catalyst for a surge in form. How good to go home after a win. Terrific stuff.

Mom Okoye - simply excellent yesterday.

Much better yesterday. Relentless pressure on Cheshunt throughout and, as others have aid, great width both sides but especially on the rightly and rightly MoM Sam Okoye. Good performances all round Jez adds bite in midfield as well as Sam Odaudo. First time I have seen Joe Tennant and he definitely is a great addition solid and assured throughout.

Isn't it nice to see a lot of happy posts. Thought we put in a good performance although, as said by Roland, Cheshunt played better with 10 men and put us under a bit of pressure second half. Even then I thought it would have been nice to get a couple of goals more.
Ref did okay and still managed to come up with a few iffy decisions that annoyed both camps.
Good to see a solid defensive performance and with Tennet at the back we looked good.
Great to see injured players returning which bolstered the side and Cheshunt put in a fair game of it without worrying Henley.
Olly was a tricky problem for them and the return of Sam and Sam only added to Cheshunt's problems.
Sam Okoye was an inspiration, pace and good crosses after getting in behind them. Great to see.
MOTM Sam Okoye
Long may it continue Tuesday night which I won't make.

Can't be helped but if only we had the first team squad in depth sooner than yesterday... Very well done, as we hopefully take our chances again on Tuesday.
Would also be delighted to see increasing regulars and meet new ones, for a possible weekend double win, supporting our promising DFC Women at Home, 1 pm KO today. Darts Grill and Champions' Bar Open...

What a goal from Olly. The way he trusted his own pace and ball control to take it past the defender is the mark of someone full of confidence and enjoying their football. And that’s not to mention the finish!

It’s not a 25 yard screamer but I think that is a brilliant goal.
