Fixtures 2025/26

Post by Ajaxman DFC »

Brentford have their fixtures out. Just gone into the London and South East Regional League's site. Clicked on 25/26 and it's crashed already.
Here we go, here we go, here we go..............you couldn't make it up.

Still can't get in. Apparently there's a problem with the league administration.
Ha ha. Tell us something we don't already know!
It'll take more than a plumber to sort that shower out.

Stone the crows. I keep being directed to an FA site called Full-Time to register my league. They have no record of the Mickey Mouse League and directed me elsewhere to check if it has already been registered. I confirmed it has and was then directed to sign up. In order to do this I had to state what my role is within the league administration. WTF?
I can just enter the L&SERMML site as normal for the previous seasons' fixtures and results. Season 25/26 was added to the search options yesterday where it wasn't before. But click on it and I'm getting all this crap. Basically they are making it damn near impossible to obtain any information regarding this season's fixtures. Why the barriers? The secrecy? What or who are they scared of? Have Brentford or Saltdean won the league before it's even started? Will there be an improved league cup competition this year with a final at the end of it? Is the Mickey Mouse administration still in a self induced coma from last season rendering them totally unresponsive to the most basic questions threatening their bubble?

Still being blocked by a notice informing me of a league administration error. Multiple errors more like in their case. Only for season 25/26 mind you.
Maybe the fixture dates have only been revealed to certain clubs for their approval before being officially released.
You can find Brentford's on the Griffin Park Grapevine.

What's the big secret? Feels like being drip fed like a child. And there's only 3 weeks to go.

I think there is a lot of fault to be aimed at the F.A. here
They are responsible for operating and delivering the support to leagues and clubs through their website and 'Full-Time' platform

This is what an "A.I." search result returns regarding issues of accuracy of the Full-Time system:-

"Yes, the FA Full-Time platform is recognized, secure, and accurate. It's the official league administration system for The FA, integrated with the Whole Game System and used for managing leagues, fixtures, results, and more."

FA statement states: Accuracy & Its integration:
FA Full-Time relies on data from the Whole Game System and allows individuals to manage their own contact information, ensuring accuracy and reducing the administrative burden on leagues.

It works in conjunction with other FA systems like the Whole Game System and The FA Player, providing a seamless experience for clubs, leagues, and participants.

But hang on!
The current situation of the League's 2025-26 Premier, Div 1 South & North division pages on Full-Time looks to be a problem made of the League's doing and not the FA's. You will see from their site: 14 Premier League clubs plus 17 clubs in South, 17 in the North (Total of 48 teams)
Yet if you compare the FA Structure pyramid for 2025-26 there are 12 teams in Premier, with 12 in the South and 12 in the North (36 teams).

So I think the "Pett Shop Boys Fan's League" have a rather troublesome period of days ahead of them.
The London & SE Regional WFL web pages looks like they've been put together by a team of experts from the Victorian age - probably even before steam!

But, we must all be tolerant and understanding of the hierarchy: It is probably just a case of the League INADVERTENTLY making errors.
It doesn't matter if they are serious errors or not but as long as they were only made INADVERTENTLY, that's what matters (Bo**ocks to fairness and all that crap).

The League will have only lost control of the clubs that it governs, INADVERTENTLY. So it's not too serious.

Rest easy Ajaxman, the Pett Shop Boys Fan's League is on the case. Maybe just with the odd, INADVERTENT mistake here and there. Perhaps THREE errors, times by another THREE. Whoops, that Inadvertent comment might be a bit too close for comfort.

Now, are we ready to play nicely? ....................................................We are simply in the lap of the 'pre-Steam-Age' gods. No problem.

It could be that the FA have moved fast and told Pett Shop Boy's League to get their act together.

I reported to them on the FA's Grassroots Technology Support Hub at 16:48 today of the Website malfunction.

I also stated that some teams in the Premier, South and North Divisions have been duplicated. For example Aylesford are stated as playing in the Premier AND the Division 1 South. Clever stuff this from Pett Shops Boy's League. Probably just an INDADVERTENT mistake though.

Less than 2 hours later the 2025-26 has been taken down completely.

NOW WE HAVE NO FOOTBALL in 2025-26 :( :x

Yes in deed. Our beloved Secretary of the London & SE Regional Women's Football League - HE DOESN'T BOTHER TO RESPOND. SO WHY SHOULD WE BOTHER WRITING TO HIM AND WASTE OUR TIME. Go over his head.

But don't forget he's got all the correspondence to deal with in his position as Secretary and CEO of the Pett Shop Boy's League Fanzone Anniversary Reunion Pension Fund. He is a very busy boy.

I've just checked the Full-Time website at 07.30 and 2025-26 doesn't exist.

Let's see what happens today!

09:43. Still no change.
Maybe the 2025/26 season is heading the same way as the League Cup Final. Just when we thought we had heard it all. The only consistency those responsible for running this league seem to be capable of is through excelling themselves in incompetence.
