I shouted to Josh at the end of the Play-off final about giving us another season and he did give a thumbs up so maybe he’ll reconsider his retirement fingers crossed

Ade is on a roll and it’s delightful hearing of the signings. I am hoping he brings in two or three new quality signings including a different type of forward

He is far too different, I’m thinking of someone who can sprint and score goals so that rules out Alex Wall 🤣

For the first time in many years we have some continuity with the first team, well done everyone. Now looking forward to the season ticket notification and I hope the club puts some offers on the table to capture some of those extra supporters who turned up towards the end of the season.

Alex Wall was a total liability. He was released by Hampton and Richmond in March despite flirting with relegation - says everything. Poor St Albans might have stayed up if they’d avoided him

Can't you do better than that? How about Carl Rook?

I must say that the speed of resigning players from last season had the feel of the great days under TB when we had Bradbrook, Noble, Burns, Harris, Hayes and Coyle amongst others. Adding to an already good core rather than having to start with a blank sheet like last year

Hopefully this early stuff will help us sign some quality. Definitely think we need three or four - more if some of last year’s don’t re-sign - and not sure the quality players would sign if we didn’t already have a nucleus. Club couldn’t really have done more so far.

Samir is a significant heartbeat of the team. Great news, let’s hope he can stay fit and be a title winner in 2026!

Louis Dunne signs for...................... Maldon & Tiptree

They must be throwing money around the players they are signing...... wonder how long this "project" will last.

I'm not to bothered with this tbh, Louis was good in spells and showed some quality but disappeared in games and was just not involved enough for me.

Shame. I’d have been happy to have kept him.

Seems Chelmo are going full time and have a lot of decent part time players leaving bcus of it.

Could we use our Samir links to pull a few in I wonder?

Young goalkeeper Harrison Firth has left Ebbsfleet in pursuit of first-team football, which a few of their fans seem disappointed by, saying Ebbsfleet should have kept him. Could be a worthwhile signing, especially if Marsden doesn't stay on
