Looked bloody awful. I'm still down this end Steve along with all the photographers.

Are we going to get a “potters bar”?

What the f—k are we playing at, losing 4-0 after only 55mins to this lot is an absolute joke. It’ll interesting reading everyone comments of those at the game today.

I only hope Ade gives the players a bit of a roasting and looks to bring our normal keeper back in after 2 howlers.

Bit harsh on Kerbey as he has looked very good in our previous games.

You are correct though it's an embarrassing scoreline.

May be it is a bit harsh BUT when you make 2 howlers which has cost goals against us and another keeper is waiting to get back in then a change should be made. May be it’s time for our normal keeper to play especially as Kerbey’s loan is due to expire soon.

We've actually been playing the better since the 4th which is saying something. It's a shame, if we'd only taken early chances it would only be 4-3.😉

Strange to say I know but apart from the glaring mistakes we have, overall, been the better side. Having said that I bet Dover were playing us every week.

I guess with a young an inexperienced team there will be days when the wheels fall off. What matters most is how we recover and perform in the next match. It is never nice to lose to Dover, but let us hope that we have got all our errors out of the way in one match. Hopefully we can return to our true potential next week in the cup.

Well said Grassbank.
We have a young team and they will hopefully learn from this.
On to Leatherhead and hopefully a win.

According to Leberyl Dover have a young side also.. Today the passing was atrocious at times, they pressured us caused poor passing and took advantage. There's no way you come back from two keeper errors of that calibre. All the Dover forwards had to do was put it into an empty net.
But at 2-0 I felt if we could get a goal before half time we had a chance at getting something from the game but the second slip from Matt was a killer.
They got 5 goals 4 of which were our fault. You don't play like that and expect something from the game.
In all an awful performance..
I've gone for Pinder or Okoye, they both had good games but that's about all you can say.
But a tad disappointed on how we just GAVE them the points

On this performance I'm sure Ade and the lads will be more disappointed than anyone.
Leberyl says they deserved it. He didn't give us any credit for helping out.

Absolutely yes, it’s always disappointing to lose games more so to a local rival and to that sort of scoreline. BUT, let’s not forget how far we’ve actually come before you all start to criticise.

We’ve a brand new squad with lots of young, very promising players learning their trade. Before we gifted them their first goal we were the better of the two teams and could have scored first. Another point Id make is that even conceding goals we kept playing and continued to create chances.

We’ll lose more games this season no doubt, but we’re going in the right direction. Stay calm, continue to give the lads our support and we’ll be fine.

Young Pinder gets my MoM vote, not just for his excellent goal but for the way he tried to take the game to Dover.
