The last time I went home fully satisfied following a Dartford match was the beating of ebbsfleet on Boxing Day 2022 ?
Today 100% satisfaction so thank you Ade and the lads
We never looked like scoring in the first half and tbh nor did Chatham but score they did
Got off to a great second half start with Sam scoring a stunner
I was willing Ade to put Samir on whilst still 1-1 and thankfully he did
Chatham had no answer to Samir’s superior skill and brains
He instantly turned the game on its head winning free kicks , probing the Chatham defence and telling his teammates where to run and what to do.
He totally took over the game. He will undoubtedly help free Olly from the shackles of being marked and kicked by two players with no protection from useless officials
Was a great game to watch and wonderful to see the noisy support from behind thd Chatham keeper
We have some amazing talent coming through and I hope they all blossom into great players
Motm Sam , I feel sure big clubs will be sniffing around him soon
Happy days

Hard earned win. Chatham were difficult opposition constantly shoving, pulling and fouling mostly ignored by another weak
referee but it got them nowhere as we stuck to our game and prevailed. Josh my MOTM you can see he is used to playing at a higher
level. Early days but looks like Lewes are going to be the team to chase.

I’m not going to lie, I’m still buzzing after that today. Great performance all round. Pinder excellent for me, Sam monstrous, Callum industrious, fans luscious!!
Hear what everybody’s saying about MoM but my vote goes to Pinder - ran his nuts off, won his battles and played his part in this awesome result!

I thought this was an excellent team performance against a Chatham side that I thought was going to give us a better opposition. But we gave them little with a well organised side who got better as the game went on.
You could pick any player but for me my kit sponsored lad Jeremiah Pinder who for his age looked as though he'd been in the side for a lot longer than Samir.
Confident, assured and fearless in amongst a good Chatham midfield. Won balls and wasn't afraid to have a go with long range efforts.
Well done the lads. Great stuff.

Good to see a generous amount of fans at the end of the game staying and applauding the team. So much better than seeing fans scuttling out the gate with 5 minutes left.
As said, this has not been seen since Christmas 22 with our demolition of Ebbsfleet we've been in the doldrums ever since.
Each player deserves a vote on the board , I can't think of one that doesn't.

Very good performance by a Darts team that are showing they they want to play for us and what a breath of fresh air , as for the match its all been said , but one bit really gets to me ie WHY we cant take a decent corner as we seldon beat the 1st man and no one is exempt even Sami Caruthers , come of Ade get them sorted
My MOTM by several whiskers was Sam Odaudu for his great goal and overall performance but Luther Williams is some player and quietly goes about his defensive duties and plas out vwery well from the back alongside Josh Hill [great solid Guy !!]
I thoughts Chatham were poor [ probably as we were too good] but when Gilesey and I saw them last season they were a much better team [ at same level] so their recruitment policy so far seems to be crap !!!
Wel ldone done , fully deserved win and roll on saturday

Early doors and all that, but football is fun again and you'd imagine that it's only going to get better. Not perfect by any means, but after last season we are entitled to be optimistic and there's enough out there to make me think we've got half a chance of doing something this season. The players are all pulling their weight and it seems, in the same direction. Once again we finished the game strongly and were still buzzing at the end. Good atmosphere, good game, good result, decent crowd, a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. Princes Park is a happy place again.
MOTM has to be Sam Odaudu.
