Jonty just a quick question. What changes would you have made different to the starting 11 yesterday?

Sorry Jonty a second and third question. It is quite clear that Ryan is not fancied by one of them. How is it quite clear and by which one ?

Yesterday's team almost picked itself with the players available, which was very annoying to say the least and now you made me think of Sam-Yorke again!
My gripe is with apparent flexibility the managers have with some of our players, mostly Bradders, Sheringham & Healy. You cannot run a footy team on the basis that this or that player might be available/not available to a particular game, this is unfair on the regulars and will cause dressing room unrest. This will also lead an endless change in personnel to team selections, in my book you are either in or out. I can understand a player coming in to help out if there are injuries or suspensions but not as an ongoing process. Maybe it just me and this is only my opinion.
The only change I would have made was Ryan for Coker and had Crook or Healy been available would perhaps put an extra man in the middle of the park. Healy has not played many times during his career due to having a very good job and wherever he has been, this has always been a controversial subject for supporters, with his lack of availability. He has had the opportunities to play at much higher level but his job pays higher that most Championship players wage according to my source, so I suppose I can understand his lack of game time throughout the years. Just very frustrating from a supporters perspective.

Got to the ground and was really disappointed when i saw the team sheet with Crook missing though injury, Coker in the starting line up and Deletgo on the bench. I just don't understand what Coker has done to warrant a place? We now have five wingers at the club with two out on loan (we ain't bloody Chelsea) and he is probably the least effective of them all. What had he shown to warrant his loan being extended to the end of the season? I just don't understand what both Flan and Jamie see in him, or is it that only one of them rate him and it's now a case of trying to prove a point?
The defence was steady as usual and were it not for the needless penalty thought we would have kept a clean sheet.
Bradders and Ben did well and Ryno dramatically changed the game when he came on and nearly got us the win.
Roberts for me played a little too deep first half and he and Charlie were too far apart but he was better second half.
MOTM Nobes even though he got a really needless booking first half.
As for Concord, would not want to watch them on a regular basis as their style of play and antics throughout are not at all pleasant. Connor Essam the luckiest man on the pitch and should have undoubtedly got a second yellow in the first half and been sent off. We knew it, they knew it and the ref knew it.....
As for the ref he was abysmal first half and not much better second, there was also a short period in the second half where i thought he lost control.

Probably not a good place to discuss on here but from what I have been told from a number of people is that only one of our manager's wanted Ryan back. Again, this is another example of why joint manager's does not work. It's all very messy and I guess they both take it in turns as to who they want to bring in player wise. On the balance of who they have actually bought in I would say that Flan's signings have been better than Coyle's so far.
Going back to the original question, I will leave this one for you to decide but I think you can guess from the nature of my posts.

Jonty, apart from the fact that very very few of us rate Coker and felt that Ryno or another should have started and that with the option to make the substitution shortly after the second half started and with the management ignoring the crowds shouts for Ryno to come on it was left to much later.
I am not the greatest Ryno fan by any means but when he did eventually get his chance he hit three shots on target with one of then forcing the keeper to spill the ball and then just push it away and he also had at least two telling crosses into the box which just evaded our forwards.
Just as a protest vote I gave my M.O.M. to him with nothing against Nobes who was obviously going to walk it anyway with another strong performance bar his silly verbal booking.
I feel Coker would be more at home with Strictly Come Dancing and all those tricky step-overs he does without moving anywhere with the ball and of course the star jump just clinched it for me.
Sorry Arthur I'm still behind the majority of the team

Did anyone find out why Billy Crook missed the match?
I was at PP today and heard that Billy was injured and pulled a muscle during the warm up before kick off.

[*Quote by Jonty]"There is no consistency with the team selection/availability; every game there is at least 3 or 4 changes for whatever reason."
"Bradders, Sheringham and now Healy seem to pick and choose what games they are available for and for me this is very unprofessional."
Jonty; you make some valid points that have been mentioned numerous times on this forum, and I think some fans would probably agree with you (except Arthur of course?)

but personally I think it is a little unfair to say that Bradders picks and chooses his games ?
Please correct me if I am wrong, but didn’t Bradders state at the start of the season that he could not commit to play every game this season because of work commitments or whatever, but would be available if needed? So if this is the case, then he was being honest from the start and therefore gave the management the ultimate decision whether to play him or not? But let’s be honest; Bradders always gives 100% whenever he plays, so you shouldn’t be questioning his selection or his professionalism?
To the match itself, I think we missed the opportunity to win this game? With twenty minutes to go and playing against ten men, we bring Haysie on and take Sheringham off?? Probably the best crosser of the ball coming on, and one of our main threats in the air going off? I know Sheringham wasn’t having a great game, but I feel this was not the right decision to make?
But Heh!! What do I know? Only my opinion…..
