Is this the latest a Pre match thread has ever gone up ?
How are people feeling about tomorrow. Optimistic or pessimistic ? Tough set of fixtures coming up, but whenever I view our competitors fixture list I equally think the same. A real tough league. Going to need us all getting behind them again as has been mentioned by the club. Maybe one nil can lead the grass bank boys again.

I'm optimistic as I still have a unbeaten thread start up. Once I lose one I will pass on the baton.

All of a sudden we have options in the middle of the park and this will pose a bit of a selection headache, especially if everyone is fit and available. Not a bad problem to have.

We haven't won a league match by more than one goal since August 27th (all but five months ago) so tomorrow would be a really good time to smash that particular stat ... and spare fans the last-minute jitters

I'm not sure even a 2-0 lead at 85 minutes would spare us last-minute jitters!

I'm not waiting for the last minute, I started my jitters earlier in the week. I would happily settle for having the jitters right up until just before 5pm tomorrow, providing that we win.

That said, I think Jamie and Adam do now have a squad capable of making a challenge and I'm quite optimistic about the second half of the season. We do now look very capable of scoring so we just need to cut down on the individual errors that spoilt what was otherwise some very good performances recently.

I'm backing Nobby2's prediction of a 2-0 victory.

Well the squad does seem to be shaping up now. We certainly look a little more of threat going forward and have some decent options all around. Looking forward to tomorrow’s clash and hopefully three points to keep us in the play off hunt.

Might be worth squeezing all three of our quality, central midfielders into tomorrow’s line up. With Bradders, Nobes and Crooky dictating the play and Charlie, Robbo and Ben forming our front line. With Ryno and Cokey providing some width from the bench if it all goes belly up! Oh and the back four and keeper obviously picks its self at the moment unless Mark is fit to push for his left back spot.

I’ll go for a narrow 2-1 win.

Whilst Billy has been exceptional since arriving I might be wrong but I am led to believe he is even better in a slightly advance midfield position i.e in front of Elliot and Lee. The rest of the makeup I'm not sure about such as mentioned is the strength of the options.

IMO we were bullied by them away. They beat us comfortably and were fired up beyond belief. I’m sure they won’t do that again and with some of the football we’ve been playing we’re due a little more fortune.
The defence are getting a little stick and fair enough but we’re a team that like to drop deep so we put ourselves under constant pessure at times in games so the back four in particular have a lot to deal with in a game.
Please defend higher when we have the ball in their half.
