Having seen the 'proper' highlights it seems that Hungerford were quite happy to have a couple of digs at goal all the while their player was lying on the deck with this, what could have been a most dreadful head wound. And yet when we break away they are up in arms.

It is a regular source of amusement for me, when a side has a player down but keep on playing, but if they lose the ball they expect their opponents to immediately kick the ball out of play. They can get quite angry when it doesn't happen, as though their opponents are unsporting cheats. Mind you a lot of supporters act in the same way, but of course it is one of footballs unwritten laws - if your team's player goes down they are badly hurt & brave soldiers for getting up, but the opposition are a load of diving cheats who when they get back on their feet are roundly accused of having put it on.

Agree with your entire post there Jonty, with the small exception of MOTM vote which I gave to Greenhalgh, but Philpot had a very good game and I’m really not sure he should have been substituted.

You are probably right Mikey, I gave him the vote because he had little or no help on the day. That's not to say Roberts is a poor player, just lacking the game time. He will come good as 18 league goals last season suggests he is a very good player for this level.

Looks like 17 for Braintree and the other one for Chelmsford (if Wikipedia is to be believed).
