This is not looking good ...this season looks as if we need to stay out of relegation first before anything else !

Well, from the Twitter feed it sounded a bit more enterprising - but still no punch up front... more and more worrying.

BTW my Dad's nickname was Punch, so whenever the local paper's match report headline read "Darts lack punch" it always made him smile. He wouldn't be smiling now.

Omg. The first half was acceptable but second half was worse than than against Wealdstone. I need to calm down before saying any more.

It was less of a shambles than last week, but left me in no doubt of the major problem we face this season: a complete lack of quality going forward.

Hungerford isn’t an easy place for any team to come to (the pitch is a wonky disgrace, and some inconsistent referring didn’t help either side), but we had some very good chances in the first half - Philpot’s header and Greenhalgh’s free kick, plus Cue’s effort that he somehow put wide with most of the goal to aim at. But the lack of cutting edge meant we didn’t take the chances and then we were punished in the second half, where our complete lack of desire let a pretty average team back into the game. That’s almost as worrying as the lack of attacking threat; I’ve never seen a dartford team with so little fight- we didn’t really look interested after the break. Hungerford aren’t a good team, but they battled and grafted to create a chance which they took. They then defended solidly, albeit against a toothless team.

I’ve attended four games so far this season, and it’s increasingly looking like we are nowhere near being one of the stronger teams in this league- mid-table at best. Hopefully we can turn things around on Monday, but I’m not feeling particularly confident after another poor display.

How have we gone from a decent team in this division to a goal shy clueless outfit
Worst start for a long time .
Can anyone score a goal amongst our players?
On to monday and hopefully 3 points!

Today was my 1st of the season and I can't believe just how bad we really are all over the pitch, we are absolutely disgraceful with no passion or fighting spirit whatsoever.
Philpott is worse than powder puff and I'd be surprised if he'd score if he was the only player on the pitch & Sam Yorke when he came on was just as bad, his 1st touch is atrocious.
Mensah brings nothing whatsoever to the team, Driver has more holes than a tea bag & Murphy takes 3 attempts to control a ball before either losing it or just punting it any where.

The only player to come out of today with any kind of credit is Ben Greenhalgh he at least tried and put some good balls in almost scoring from a freekick.

Unless Adam & Jamie make some serious changes & bloody fast we will end up bottom of the table, we are already down to 17th and I can see us lower come Monday.

Even Bradders just didn't seem his normal self today and didn't seem to have his normal fighting spirit.

During the summer I said I hope fans give the new managers & players time to settle in and gel without to much grief but after watching today, seeing highlights of the games and reading the comments on here changes have got to be made as to many of the new signings are just not good enough for this level and don't have the pride & passion to warrant playing for DFC. There are some that seem to be living on their past history and should call it a day if they can't be arsed.

Ive honestly seen better football played at park level on a Sunday than what I watched today, Jamie & Adam just didn't seem to have a clue. They released a striker that seems to find the net most weeks and brought in another striker who I doubt would score in a brothel & a midfielder who was kept on the bench and both are supposed to have league experience
