A bone dry, bumpy, sloping pitch. Not a ground I have many happy memories of. A local game for me, so I'll be there.

A chance for the team to get back on track.

Will not be there for this one or until 29th September where I too will be looking for all the positives and plaudits on this forum, and hope to carry it on against WSM.

Well if Nobes and Bradders are back in the middle then at least we should be able to compete. At least with Bradders in the team, scoring a goal isn't out of the question. I'll be honest though, I'm travelling more in hope than expectation. We obviously need to try something different up front.

It is even hard to see who will create a chance let alone score one, with the exception of Ben. Philpot has to start, Kudos out wide and Murphy on the bench, he needs to lose some timber. Would be great to have the Bradders & Nobes back as well as any additions that have been training with the team, anything would be better than some of those players last week, especially one of our fullbacks!

Would like to see us with a 3 5 2 line up as this would give us strength at the back , 3 in centre midfield and 2 overlapping full backs/wingers for width .We have the basis already with Roast [ proven at this level ] to play a 3rd centre back , Eliot/Nobes/Ben in centre midfield , DSY and Philpot [or kudos] up front and Onymyah or Cue for left overlap and Driver [ good going forward but defending NOT his strength !] at right overlap or ANO !!
Got to be better than ANY of the line ups I have seen so far ??

ALSO

Bit disappointed that the 2 new players at training on Monday night were either too expensive or no good as we definitely have
2 , probably 3 that we must unload as they are simply NOT good enough for a title chasing team at this level !!!!

Agree with Duke with line up always talks sense

Arthur I assume you were saying absolutely Incredible to Dukes comment on 2 or 3 not being good enough for a title chasing team at this level, As you I feel this is Incredible as I would add a couple more players who have not shown anywhere near the desire of ability to play at this level

What is more incredible is the non existent news that must have slipped by me about two players training with the club who were considered either too expensive or not good enough. Not seen anything about this, but why spoil a good rumour with the truth. As for always talking sense, you have obviously not been at the club very long. ;) :D
