Finally made my modest contribution to DFCSA this morning. Every little helps.
Reminiscent of the payments the fans made to keep the club afloat all those years ago. The DFC spirit lives on.

We're all so grateful of the support we've received. Fortunately, unlike the old days, this money will be used to keep some of the nice things we've all worked hard for, rather than as a rescue package.
We went over the £2,000 mark last night on the GoFundMe page following the Lockdown Quiz on Facebook Live (thanks to everyone who signed in - hope you all had a good time) & I'll get an update in the next few days on funds sent directly to the Association but this looks to have taken us over the £3,000 raised mark in only 9 days which is incredible.
If anyone has any ideas as to things we can do remotely to raise funds, please do email them to
dfcsacom@gmail.com - planning on another Lockdown Quiz in a couple of weeks, but open to any ideas at all.

Thanks to all of you again for your support. As of this morning, we've hit £3,105 raised (including £1,030 direct into DFCSA). After the fees we have to pay on the GoFundMe, it'll be about £3,035 (give or take a bit) that we get. This is such a big thing for all of us and we are truly grateful for everything from everyone on the inside and out of the DFC family.
I will leave the fundraising page open, so if you have a spare few quid, please feel free to donate but at this point, we're so blown away by the support.
