Thoughts on the game Tony. I cant wait, every week I cant wait. It's a joy to watch, and the squad assembled is brilliant so much so I go into matches now with so much enthusiasm, and do you know what, when we have suffered a reverse, I never come away too despondent nowadays, as I know the man in charge will put it right the next week. As Lennylenny put it in the previous thread, it's a great laugh with people, the club is at such a height. Speaking to an Ebbsfleet pal, and the doom and gloom there. Premiership supporters moaning about VAR etc etc... My only moan about DFC is they dont play every day. The results and the Steve King style of football is putting feet on the terraces, so bring on the raider and Wealdstone, bring them on.
Didn’t see the game Tuesday night Reg, but have caught up with the highlights online. The team really is good to watch now, probably best in the 3 years I’ve been following the Darts (not from around ‘ere!). I am disappointed when we lose, more so the other week at home to HRB, but look forward to every game. Saturday will be exceptional and, I know it’s a cliche, but we’ll see exactly how far we’ve come as a team under SK on Saturday, and that even after win, draw or loss. I’ve said all along that Wealdstone will falter towards the back end of the season, and we can inflict back to back defeats on them this Saturday

Any danger of this game not going ahead? Forecast is not good
I don't really worry about this any more. What with Jay (and Charlie before him), we can rest assured that if it's humanly possible to get the game on then it will be done. In fact, even if it isn't humanly possible there's still a decent chance. Jay was out working on the pitch before the players had even finished getting their applause last week. Fans don't normally talk about the groundsman unless they want to moan about the pitch but since these guys from Jordans have been here they have acquired a certain amount of celebrity status, such has been the quality of their work.

Take a point all day long! They will bring 3/4 hundred, and are a very good side. We need to keep discipline and be patient, they ain’t top for nothing! Should be a cracker!

No ;wrong attitude , we should always be going into games looking for the win , we all talk about wanting Princes Park to being a fortress , so why would we give any opposing team encouragement by feebly accepting a point before a ball has even been kicked ? If it is a draw then so be it , but you can bet that Wealdstone wont be looking for the draw ,that is why (as you say) they are not top for nothing , they are winners just like TBs teams of the past , and now with SK in charge i would like to think we are the team to fear ? Yes it will be a test , and they will bring a good following , but if we are going places like everyone believes , then we need to up for these challenges and not to look submissive .
Onwards and Upwards COYD.

Since Kingy arrived our form has been as good as theirs so its reasonable to assume that had he been here all season we'd be up there with Wealdstone. If it ends up a draw it wouldn't be a BAD result but I'm certainly expecting our excellent team to be going for the win and if we play as well as we have done recently, then I'm confident there's every chance we can get one.
