Phil has been excellent and a proven source of goals, whatever the issue I wish him well and without knowing the current circumstance I hope we see him in a DFC shirt again.
We could do with the 3 points on Saturday to re ignite our play off aspirations.

That's very generous Harry, but speaking personally, whether or not I wish him well depends ENTIRELY on what the "issue" is.

I can't stand all this speculation and the fact the club has not made a statement concerning a possible injury is not helping matters. He will be a huge loss but no man is bigger than the club and we must move on and be positive.

Player of the season vote tomorrow. Don't forget to fill in one of the voting slips that will be available as you enter the ground, and post it in the ballot box which will be nearby.

To my mind it is the most one-sided contest for many, many years, but that's assuming the Russians don't influence the outcome in some way.

If Phil Roberts is absent for personal reasons it would be completely inappropriate for the club to say any more than that.

I won't forget to pick up my Lee Noble voting slip when I enter the ground today.

Doesn't bode well for Saturdays game in my opinion. Still, should get a point out of this one.
Why, when the club is supposedly open about such things is there no explanation on the whereabouts or injury problem to probably our most dangerous forward we have??

A draw Ozzy?
Is the feeling that bad.

I would say it is. Luckily for us, we've made our league position safe thanks to a decent mid-season, but some of the rumblings emanating from our camp this week have been really worrying. Tantamount to a team 1-0 up against the run of play, the whistle can't come quickly enough on this season.
Chippenham are also safe, so I expect today's game to be pretty dour.

If Phil Roberts is likely to miss the rest of the season why doesn't the club just say that it is due to injury, personal reasons, work commitments, etc, rather than just dangle a carrot and leave everyone guessing?. If they were upfront with supporters the matter could be put to bed. The club can be very poor at times when releasing news and information to its supporters.

I hope that he plays again this season for Dartford and hopefully next season too.
