Shame. I liked the look of him. But as a winger? Surplus to requirement. 😂

That’s a real shame he’s going, he looked a good player.

Denzelle Olopade has also confirmed he’s leaving on X and Instagram. No idea why they’re all announcing this before the club but it’s not good. This one does hurt, really rated Denz

Ramsgate bound probably. Wouldn't be surprised.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he get signed by a NLS side, as he seems to me as someone determined to work his way up and he’d definitely be able to hold his own at that level

But if not, Ramsgate makes sense as he was there previously and if he enjoyed playing under Ady

Be nice to know if it was the club's decsision for players to leave as in they offered a contract but they decided not to stay,

The lack of information from the club is worrying I heard two players leaving and a freindly against Ashford on social media but nothing from the club, Also seen from Michael O a post that says done and dusted it does for the 25/26 season but seems a bit late for that as the season finished a couple of weeks ago so I wonder if that is his goodbye as well,

The club want supporters to back them but dont seem to care about the keeping them informed.

Just like that, Michael Olarewaju has announced his departure on X. (club captain and this is how we find out😅)

Can’t say I massively rated him as a defender or a leader, but in a season where we lacked natural leaders, I felt he gave his best on the pitch and wish him the best.

I won’t jump to conclusions about the lack of info from the club. It might be that they were planning to release a retained list but some players jumped the gun.

What concerns me more is four captains in four seasons (five if you include Henly). Whether it’s Harry Hudson or someone else, Ben needs to find someone who is gonna be a staple in the team for seasons to come and can lead on the pitch

It is very important to get the right captain. Dawson made entirely the wrong choice and Ade made two appalling choices as captain and vice captain last season.
I hope Ben gets it right immediately.
Looking forward to hearing retained, released and newbies asap

Saw my Ramsgate mate last night and he seems to think Ramsgate are pretty determined to get Denzelle back and one other from the Dart's.
I am suspecting George could be tested by an approach.
Of course this is just fan to fan as I told him we could make an approach for the entire Ram's squad of last season. ;)

I doubt George will go to Ramsgate, from what I heard last season if Ady had stayed then there was a good chance that George would’ve left. Now he’s gone I’m sure George will stay especially as he would’ve worked under Ben in the academy.

Lee Noble signs for Heybridge Swifts. They’ll be playing in the Essex Senior next season after relegation from the IL North.
