Yesterday was Jay’s last day at the club , I would lime to thank him for all his hard work and giving us the best pitch possible over the years . He is going to be a hard man to replace.

The only up side is he will not have to work on Saturdays and said he will be joining us on the terraces

Top man and great banter. Gave a couple of very good interviews on the radio regarding the excellent work he’s carried out on the hallowed turf at PP over the years. Big shoes to fill, glad to hear he’ll still be knocking about.

I am assuming there is a replacement in place or in mind?

I would guess that "Jordans" who Jay used to work for and who look after our pitch will send a replacement.
