Question for any referees out there

During tonight’s televised match between Lille v Aston Villa the Villa goalkeeper was booked for time wasting during the first 90 minutes. Subsequently during the penalty shootout he received a 2nd yellow card but remained on the pitch. He then saved the final penalty. Should this be allowed?

Yes yellow cards are not carried forward to the penalty shootouts.Martinez best keeper in the world imagine only selling him for 20 million.
