Have made plans to go to this one, if the football is a let down at least I can drown my sorrows after the game without having to travel back same day.

We live in hope of 3 points, but notice they beat aveley away from home yesterday.

Whilst my head is aware that relegation is now inevitable, my heart insists on going to Havant on Saturday. It will inevitably be cold and rainy and no rational human being who witnessed the Eastbourne game would expect anything other than another failure, but I think I can rationalise my decision on the basis that I've travelled the length and breadth of the country and spent what feels like an eternity and a small fortune on fruitless trips, mostly to the west country, witnessing defeat after postponement after defeat, even the tiniest possibility of not being present on the day we actually win a game is unthinkable.

So roll on Saturday.

Not looking good on the injury front:

Adebowale, Bray, Wray, Block, Barzey and Odaudu are out with injury/illness ❌

Tyrell Miller-Rodney has recovered from tonsillitis and is back in contention ✅

In all honesty, I don't think it will make any difference.

Good luck the lads today. Hope we get something from it but not holding my breath. Fumnaya Shomotum should start in my opinion. But then, so should Bradbrook and Noble..

Don't know what the best option is, Wall or Greenidge?

I was hoping Wynter would be moved out of the midfield and played at right back today, maybe he is and Rooney in a five man midfield. On paper we look to be more balanced than the starting eleven used on Monday, whether that is good enough to get any points is another question. Last roll of the dice, good luck and safe journeys to those who have travelled.

Well, it’s a bit like the option of being poisoned to death or shot by firing squad!

Glad we're starting with Wall rather than Greengage - neither can run much but at least Wall knows how to shoot when he gets a chance.
Good luck lads.

Here's hoping we can get a long awaited win. Pleased to see Ollie starting, and maybe he can set up a few opportunities for Wall, as he has done previously. I'm hoping so, or scoring himself. I don't care who scores as long as we do score to give us any chance of avoiding relegation.

Well done to those who have made the journey today.
