I hope that the weather improves dramatically over the next two days so that this match is on. Last night in Taunton it was minus 7 with a very heavy frost.

The way things are going TD it'll be waterlogged.
Let's hope it gets underway as the lads need to get some proper interaction with a proper manager.
It may be a tough game but I'm looking forward to being dowseless.

Staying in Frome for the last few nights about 10 miles from Bath. Sorry to report another bone chilling frost last night. Unless Bath can perform miracles it looks another one gone tomorrow. A real shame because from Sunday I believe the temps are due to rise by as much as 10 degrees

Yes, like to think there will be a better response from Bath officials on the day.
Will it warm up enough to get a game on?
The M4 corridor is bad enough to negotiate.

With lots of rain forecast with the rise in temperature.

Last night was the biggest frost in Taunton so far this week

Agree, a sensible decision as I believe they couldn't even get on the pitch to work on it.

Isn't that the same day we're meant to be playing Aveley at PP?

Aveley are still in the FA Trophy so that game would have been postponed, hence the re-arranged trip to Bath

I would imagine this game will be at risk due to weather

I spoke to Bath this morning, while there are never guarantees and taking everything into account they have no concerns at all.

I know Bath are tough opponenmts and it will certainly be a difficult game, but I am greatly encouraged by last week's performance at Farnborough (which should have been a draw as their winning "goal" was offside) and the win in the week over a very skillful QPR side. The football we played on Tuesday was top notch and the few fans that were present witnessed the fact that our team can play some very decent football that is exciting to watch and will certainly help reconnect the players and the fans. Obviously though, we need to start getting a few points on the board just to keep clear of trouble. I will be travelling down to Bath tomorrow with a degree of cautious optimism and if the lads continue to put in similar effort to the last 2 games, sooner or later points are going to start coming our way. Keep the faith. COYD
