Anyway, back to the nitty gritty. This will not be an easy game for us in our present form, but again we have to win it if we want the coveted 2nd spot. A tall ask now for a stuttering side. Another plastic pitch, also a hurdle for us and Tonbridge with an outside chance of the play-off's?

After Thursday's poor performance, I am expecting some kinda of bounce back. Not sure who Dowse will go with but would like to see Chin, Smith & Odaudu start from the off. Originally, I could not make this game as I was meant to be in York due to car issues, but much to missus disappointment, I can now attend. Time to get behind the boys. COYD

Jonty, you’ve swapped with me then. Originally I was going to try and squeeze this in before tonight’s gig in north London, but it’s too tight and I don’t trust the trains enough.
Somehow we’ve got to be more up for this than Angels, even though they have a sniff of the playoffs. With our wretched away record - lucky draws against Braintree and Welling (can’t speak for the draw at Hungerford) separating us from consecutive losses since Cheshunt away on 7th January - I would expect three points from our final three games on the road.
It then really hinges on our performance against St. Albans next Saturday as to whether we can keep hold of that second place.

Good luck to all representing today though and have a blast at Longmead. Always enjoy it there. COYD

A must win after recent results, there's no doubt about it.

If we do manage to come away with the 3 points I'll feel more confident about our chances at 2nd place, who knows other results may help us out too but I just can't see Oxford/Chelmsford dropping points today. My confidence is low but I hope I'm surprised.
