There was probably about 40 - 50 in attendance at a guess as it followed straight after the clubs AGM meeting which a few people knew absolutely nothing about and hadn’t received any paperwork via post or email even though they are share holders.

The managers meeting itself seemed to go quite well with both Dowse & TB in good humour. All questions that got put to Dowse got answered openly & honestly without any hesitation along with Tony chipping in with some bits as well as Steve Irving.

One of the media guys put forward some questions from those that couldn’t make it which I’m sure will get posted at some point.

When asked about promotion Dowse confirmed that he wants it and it would mean that we would have won something if it happens.
Steve Irving then confirmed that the board were also fully behind going for promotion this season and recognised that we could not afford to go full time or pay the high wages that most clubs do in the league above and Dowse felt that we could attract players and build a good squad ready for next season whichever league we find ourselves in.

It was asked, I think it was actually one of the first questions asked but it just hasn’t been shown.
From what I’ve seen in the clips any questions regarding players or at least specific players didn’t get shown at all.

To be honest I couldn’t hear Dowse properly to start with as the mic he was using was very echoey in the bar.
From what I recall I think he said that Danny is a good player but he just wasn’t pushing enough for a place in the team and wasn’t any better than what we already had. It was better for him to be regularly playing on loan than just sitting on the bench at best.
He was constantly being watched though and is still in Dowse’s plans & can be recalled if needed.

Please don’t quote me though as others possibly heard better than me as I was near the back.

Not sure if anyone else that was there will post more on the subject or not. As I said earlier a lot of the questions regarding players & Dowse’s answers haven’t been released.

It was mentioned and basically as per Jacks previous message he put out. No teenagers were ever banned the club just needed them to sign up to the junior members club or whatever it was called so the club had their details due to the various trouble that had been caused by some youngsters which got the club into trouble with the FA.

Wonder if we’ll do the same for over 18s too. They are not immune from a bit of trouble. In this wokey snowflake everyone takes offence world that could be viewed as discrimination.

The point it’s bloody stupid becomes secondary

Steve Irving did stress that they had received a number of referee's comments about the fans behaviour one has to assume from behind the goal which could lead to possible fines if the troubles persisted
