I assume that they must have had a local cloud burst. The amount of rain that has fallen in Dartford would not normally result in a match cancellation. Gutted as I was travelling to this match today. I doubt that I will be able to make a mid-week evening fixture. On the positive side, I can now sit back and enjoy the rugby. Come on Italy, Wales and England!

The rearranged match is likely to take place on a Thursday as Concord are playing every Tuesday between now and the end of the season.

Sofa Score states that Concord’s home game on Tuesday is also off. I smell a big rat!

Concord are playing Braintree in the Essex Senior Cup Final at Colchester on Tuesday.

Ah. Wondered if it might be County Cup. Still smell a rat though.

I always thought a 1st team league fixture would take precedence over any County Cup fixture!!

So they have lost Ryan Blackman who has joined St Albans!

He was out the door after Ben Williamson left three hours earlier…

Taxis in Concord have never had some many pick ups!

Preparing for life in the lower leagues already!

Would be good if they & Hungerford went down (regardless of how the Darts end up?) 2 x poor teams with shite grounds, pitches, fans, clubhouses etc etc
While I’m on the subject, are Braintree definitely safe??

We must keep the faith over the next three games and take it with us into the play offs.

Hoping that the lousy crossings under and over The Thames are not their regular grid-locked selves on Thursday. As I will be missing the St Albans match, it would be good to urge our players on to victory on Thursday night.

Come on you DARTS!

Well we are definitely in the play-offs now and assured of a top 5 finish which means at LEAST one play-off game at home, either in one of the semi-finals or, heaven forbid, in the 4th v 7th or 5th v 6th games. A win at Concord will guarantee us to at least match last season's 4th place and if Chelmsford fail to win at relegation threatened Cheshunt tomorrow, then our victory would upgrade that guarantee to at least 3rd. The pointy end of the season is upon us and this certainly is another massive game. Saturday's success has lifted my spirits. Let's hope a good number of travelling Darts get over to Concord and get behind the lads so we can keep that 2nd place that's been ours all season.

Sure it's very tight and several teams are bunched up in and around the top, but none of them deserve that 2nd spot more than we do.
Let's go get it.

Chelmsford and Worthing both won tonight so we're going to have to get the job done ourselves. We simply must win this game on Thursday.

Sod it. We need to get on a run of wins anyway. Teams who limp into the play offs on a mixed bag of results and other teams cock ups rarely do very much. Lets keep picking the best XI and win some games.

We need the points to edge closer to a second place finish, Concord need the points to give themselves a chance of staying up. Here's the preview https://puredfc.co.uk/concord-rangers-v-dartford-2
