A terrible performance so I was very happy to get a point. Bath were better than us all over the pitch
The new flying winger was hardly allowed to play wide and I don’t understand why he did not have licence to stay wide and cross the ball, Samir played wider than he did. I was baffled
At least Chelmsford lost but we have tough games coming up and I would loov it we beat Havant and also Gravesend twice . However, we will need to be brave to do that

Sounds like I missed a cracker. Honesty from Dowse and disappointment from the two Bath lads. There's a plus in being unwell after all. I would have kept up Steve but I fell asleep long before half time.
Never mind I booked my ticket for the Ebbsfleet game. Beginning to think that covid has affected my mental health.
I do hope we don't take a clobbering.

Previous comments say it all about a disappointing performance. Fortunately Bath's finishing was poor and our central defence strong. Forward subs didn't work this time, with our main goal threats taken off.

Regarding loanees, I think Smith must have returned as a Smith was among the Stevenage subs yesterday. I hear that Johnson's loan has finished, but may be expected back here soon. Mair's loan runs out this week, while Joe Young is still around on loan from Wolves, and Wilks ought to be back to fitness now while out on his loan. In an ideal world we would expect some updates on the Club website; if only!

I don't know what happened yesterday regarding our performance .
It was like a training session.
It must have been 15-20 minutes before the Bath keeper touched the ball.
Awfully boring game which didn't improve.
Bath were apparently without both of their 1st choice strikers yet they came closer to scoring than our hapless "attack".
Hopefully a one off because there are some tough games on the horizon.

I really hope so and good that Tom & Dowse are trying something, I have my doubts though :( :(

That's a problem. Smith took a while to find his feet but once he got going he made the team significantly better. We are clearly missing him in midfield and that is where Dowse needs to strengthen in my opinion.

Hopefully we can get Johnson back as I was impressed by him too, although didn't see as much of him.

Felt rough as a bears arse for this one but Tony H dragged me through the equally painful 90 mins. The groundsman should have left the covers off! The only pleasure was seeing a goalkeeping performance that should have been mentioned in the Commons. That and another superb performance by Tom saved us from an embarrassing home thrashing. Could easily have been five. A bit worrying considering what’s up ahead. Though I can’t see H&W being on.
