Not sure what procedure he’s had but he had an operation Thursday. I do wish club news would tell us fans like that

We don't get updated with most things mainly injuries and outgoings. Feel out of the loop a lot of the time.

Kingy's presence on the touchline obviously missed, doesn't justify the result but maybe explains it in some way.

I understand he has had an operation on his back?

For a (semi) professional club the communication to fans is an embarrassment. This place is where I come to for any news. May as well close the website down.

I could be wrong but I think Kingy is also on a stadium ban after his 2nd sending off this season a couple of weeks ago.

Hope Kingy is back to health soon.

I didn't go to the game yesterday but seeing the starting line-up l don't understand why game after game that danny Leonard doesn't get into the starting 11 , he is easy our best winger.

IF Kingy was in hospital on Saturday (= being "injured"), does that mean his stadium ban won't have started yet?

I can’t see why it should effect his ban as he wasn’t in the stadium. It’s an ideal time to be treated.

It’s a perennial question and I would say our best signing this season. He should start every game for which he’s fit. It’s been said before (mainly by me) that SK doesn’t seem to like wingers.
But hey, we’re all wise after the event I guess.

Danny could be carrying a knock after two awful tackles on him on Tuesday night, needing the trainer to come on?

Possibly, he did seem to get up ok afterwards but they were a couple of bad tackles, especially for a county cup tie.

Murtagh's first yellow was extremely harsh. I can't see why the challenge deserved a yellow, unless he was booked for dissent. It's hard to argue against the second yellow though- studs up on the shin after a poor first touch. Would we have lost that game with eleven on the pitch for the second half? I doubt it.

Looks like he's been booked for dissent (which doesn't surprise me as he's always doing it) and then a stupid tackle while already being booked, can't really have any complaints.

It's so frustrating that our performances can vary so much form week to week but we are about where i thought we would be in the table but with just a little more consistency we could be in a much better position.
I agree Steve, but it's hardly suprising given the number of players we've used this season and the constant changes in team's selection and formation!

Thought Murtagh was unlucky to go.

We deserved what we got, it’s not good enough and we have a fight to take 2nd imho so we have 2 play off games and home advantage. So inconsistent, some players did not put a good enough shift in. Sometimes it needs to be said.
