Anyone got an idea of closest train station and how long would it take me to walk? Will be the deciding factor do I train it and have a beer or be boring and drive.

Thoughts on tomorrow’s game? Who thinks we will get a win? After their win at the Hamlet makes its slightly harder as confidence will be high although I’ve seen their goals from mid week and I think my 13 year old could defend better than Hamlet did TBH some shocking mistakes…

I’ll play BB! Firstly, how did you get to see the goals in that game? I’ve googled it but can’t find any highlights. Also, it’s not the easiest of places to get to given the proximity; was considering driving too but it is the boring option so would rather have a couple of roadies on the train.
Absolutely no idea which DFC will turn up tomorrow - win and we’ll be a lock for the title but lose and Pennock will have to go!
So as not to seem disinterested, I’ll plump for a 2-2 draw with Whitefield and Smith on the sheet.

I’m going 3-0. I’m just not sure which way!

I think it’ll be a tight game. I do think their season is due to take a turn (for the better) anytime soon. Have recently brought in Ola Ogunwamide on loan who was one of the standout players in the league last season for Horsham. Have also brought in Rowan Liburd who can be a handful. Expect our full backs to have their work cutout for them with Ogunwamide + Shomotun on either wing. Also have Danny Waldren who scored a brace against us last season in the playoffs. I do think if anyone looks at the league table and thinks we’re in for an easy game will get an unpleasant surprise.

McKimm said at Christmas (and possibly beyond) that our visit to CVPM on the opening day was their worst performance of the season. Also, we flew by the seat of our pants in the playoff semi at PP. By some twisted logic then we are perhaps due a decent showing against this mob…

Coming off a 3-1 win, whether it was poor defending or not by Ramjet is still going to be a confidence booster. Steve McKimm is a good manager, so it's going to be a tough game.

Highlights are on CVPM’s Facebook page mate they scored within seconds of the second half starting and it was Hamlet who had the kick off lol
