I'll be there watching a very depleted DFC as i guess Dan Smith will join the list of injured players together with the two suspended one's (unless Sam Okoye's appeal was successful).

We all know about Pavey and hopefully Grant who got the goals. But Amartey was also a lively character on both wings.
Oh for a decent winger.
Good luck the lads tonight.

Looks like this heavy rain is going to last all day ( according to the weather forecast).
I wonder if the pitch will be ok by the time of KO

I've missed the last 3 matches as I've been out of the country on holiday, so the only games I've seen were Dulwich, Billericay and St Albans. That was a pretty poor show with only 1 point from 9 and there was precious little to take comfort in there ... but 3 games do not define a season. Listening from afar, it seem Carshalton was much, much better, but at both Ramsgate and Brackley it sounded as though we made terrible starts and then had to dig our way out of trouble. Disappointing to have made such poor starts, but these were two almighty comebacks that really went above and beyond. So I choose to focus on the positive and look at this as a good indicator of the spirit and resolve in the side and also that we are on a 3 match unbeaten streak that will hopefully go on to become a fine string of results. It's a long time since we did anything in the FA Cup, it would be lovely to fix that this season.

Agree Spike re FA Cup

Bradford away was the last good day out I recall ….10 years ago plus I think

I was due to return to Derbyshire this afternoon but the possibility of playing Tadley ‘The Roman’s’ who play at two steps lower than us means that I have delayed my journey as tonight will be interesting ( we all hope) and not another disappointment.

Let’s hope the boys are up for it 💪

Bradford should have been a good day out but in my mind it remains a disappointing day. I always felt TB "went strong" that day, which to my mind meant we approached the game with too much fear and it was all about not losing by too many, rather than having a go at winning. Personally I'd rather get stuffed 9 times out of 10 and win the other one, rather than suffer 10 respectable defeats.

Quite agree but I meant in terms of win it and we could pull a BIG team next - disappointing result granted but the whole day on a coach to see the Darts play a league side was my point really 👍 it was also the last away game my late dad saw the Darts play a league club in the FA Cup so ….

HT 0-1
To be fair we've played well and had a few half decent chances but not taken them.
They've taken one of the very few they've had.

We have been the better team but trailing at the break. We have had quite a few opportunities but failed to hit the target or taken an extra touch. Still all to play for.
