Fixtures

Post by Johndfc2 »

I understood the fixtures were due to be released at 2 pm today. Has anybody heard anything?

Just found out that apparently it’s Dulwich Hamlet away first game. Unfortunately, I fly back from Japan that day and possibly could make a home match but not Dulwich.. after the debacle their last year and trying to watch the match, it was one I was thinking of avoiding anyway just waiting for the rest of the fixtures

Hopefully we will hit the ground running and make a statement to the rest of the division

Very bizarre to think I may miss the first game of the season for similar reasons (not flying back from Japan). Quite enjoyed DH for the first couple of visits, but just find it a bit annoying now. Never know, might change my mind in a few weeks if the ducks align.

Exactly! DH went from my favourite away day to the worst! Can’t see a bloody thing apart from dogs, tits and babies.

I don't know about a tough start first month but the last looks equally as tough.
Or as Ade would say, all games are tough, which I agree with.

The club has announced that the away match at Whitehawk has been moved from Tuesday September 9th to Tuesday November 24th due to problems with Whitehawk's pitch. It's a bit odd as there is no mention of the fixture change on Whitehawk's website or on any of their social media sites.
