Pleased to be through to the 3rd round proper where we will be joined by the National League sides. The draw is released at 1pm on Monday and ties to be played on Saturday 18th December.
Listened to the match on Bath City radio and it sounded a fairly even game in very windy conditions with Bath hitting the woodwork 3 times and Dartford once. The commentators accent threw me a bit early on as he kept mentioning a Darts player called Terry Kide!.
A few of our fellow NLS were on the receiving end of defeats to lower league opposition. Ebbsfleet lost on penalties to Cray Wanderers, Hemel Hempstead lost on penalties to Stourbridge, Hampton & Richmond lost 1-0 at Plymouth Parkway, Chelmsford City lost 2-1 at home to Cheshunt (who included Tom Gardiner), Chippenham Town lost 1-0 at home to Uxbridge (we know how that feels) and Concord got thumped 5-0 at home to AFC Totton.

No problem Steve, happy to help out. You didn't miss much of a game, fairly even really, though Bath did scare us a bit. The woodwork helped us and denied us. Both keepers making a blinder of a save each too. We came away with a result and that's what matters.

Great result today and Spike sent me a video of the winning penalty so i was able to join in the celebrations from afar.
I've been told by someone who likes the odd drop or two that all our penalties were excellent and as it's before 9:30 I'm inclined to believe him but looking forward to seeing the highlights to judge for myself
A difficult fixture but a very good victory, well done Steve and the players.
