Got away with one today,Brentwood won every second ball, and were lightning on the counter.,played us off the park second half.Good team .. but, its goals that count !

What do you do with a problem that is Eddie? I ain’t having it that it’s just a fitness thing. It’s a favouritism thing. Pennock appears to be more stubborn than Wenger. I spoke to a Dartford player after the match (I’m not naming him as it might get him in a pickle.) I told him he needs to influence Pennock that Eddie starts every game. Simply has too. His pace rips opponents a new one and he usually scores.) Anyway, said player says to me, “we think so too and you’s lot have got to say something…” in other words, us fans have to make our voice heard. That has to be here in this forum - not as Pennock reads it, or at Monday’s meeting? But surely Pennock HAS to listen to the mood music of his players. And seriously influential ones t’boot! IF they’re recognising that Eddie should start, then why isn’t Pennock? I firmly believe that if Eddie starts every game from now on in, we’ll muller some teams where we might normally, without him, not. I think Eddie is the difference of merely getting to the play offs and actually winning them. If Pennock continues to disrespect him, we’ll lose Eddie in the summer. And that would be criminal. He is super special.

Oh, MOTM can be no other that Jonny. Some amazing saves and command of his box today. Well done Jonny. I’ve been a critic of you on occasions but I’ve voted for you four times now.

Got away with one today, what is it with us playing teams near the top and winning but losing to lower placed teams,

A lot of bookings for us today and was not surprised when we had one sent off, but Brentwood players were play acting for some of them and the ref fell for it

One point after the final whistle the Brentwood number 3 threw a bottle into our fans, now if it was the other way round there would have been calls for that person to be punished, surely it works both ways?

Well that was dramatic.
A lightning fast start from Dartford scoring before I could get in position to film . We looked we were in full gear and soon the second goal came with Ollie converting from the keepers save .
That seemed to wake Brentwood up and before too long they got on top . They got a goal back before the break and could have gone in all square.
Second half was one way traffic and we were second to every thing . Another red card while we were already clinging on only made life harder . The inevitable equaliser came from our own corner, the ball failing to beat the first man and they broke forward and scored.
So more back to the wall and we were hoping to somehow cling on to a point .
On came Eddie and after a fantastic run and pass Eddie sent the Dartford fans into ecstasy slotting home the winner.
This is the reason we love football so much right

I've been very critical of Henly but today he really did turn up. He couldnt do anything with the two goals conceded but he certainly made some great saves to keep us in and put us in a position to win the game. As others have mentioned, Eddie is a game winner. He is the most dangerous striker we have and should be in the starting line up every game. Officials yet again out of their depths. That game was never deserving of 9 yellows and a red card. Surprised we didnt end up playing 8-9 minutes of extra time honestly

A pretty miraculous win against the best side ive seen this season. I give up with Eddie Dsane-what the guy has to do to start is beyond me,Far and away the best out and out striker at the club got us out of jail.
