They've looked like scoring again than we have getting one. Keepers getting everything in the air. We need to get one back before half time but it's looking a hard ask.
Their front two have our defence chasing and to be honest they could easily be 4 up.

Difference is Wingate were a decent side, with a decent manager. Canvey on the other hand…

Possibly the most lacklustre performance I have seen since relegation we look leaderless and likely to concede everytime they attack.

That said second half can’t get any worse and we just need a goal to get back in the game. Feels like the keeper swap is on a par with Dowes decision 2 years ago I think we are missing Marsden and a centre back who can lead by example.

Disjointed, no one playing well to be honest. Carruthers wants to stop playing the prima Donna and get some decent balls in. Too many occasions when it's not beaten the first man.
Going to need a good kick up the arse to get anything from this one.
Awful performance at the moment.An early goal second half might give some hope.

Yet again another opposition that plays with wingers who have torn us apart. Both Canvey’s goals have been created by their No 11 on the wing, Luther is being torn apart by him.

I’m afraid our keeper was at fault for their 1st goal, he made the save then just laid on the floor as though he was on Folkestone beach sunbathing & not a single defender in sight.

I’m not holding out much hope 2nd half but we’ll see, let’s hope I’m wrong.
