Looks like Sutton United will be laying the plastic pitch out now they seem destined for the National League.

If Bromley win the playoffs why don’t they just exchange pitches with Sutton??
Will save them both a fair few bob I would have thought??

Braintree beat Chelmsford 2-3 today in the Play Off Semi Final with the winner coming in the 98th minute.

Chelmsford was 0-2 down up until the 90th minute then scored 2 in 2 minutes to take it to extra time.

Worthing are at home to Maidstone in the other Semi Final tomorrow.

Never like to see Chelmsford losing in a play off semi, especially having finished runners up. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Chelmsford losing like this is hilarious, Braintree progressing not so much.

Chelmo choking yet another playoff right after hitting the resuscitate button and Maidstone getting an 89th minute heartbreak, our seasonus horribilis just got that little bit less terrible!

Former Dorking keeper Dan Lincoln has left Slough. I think that he would be a decent signing for Dartford.

He’s too good for the Isthmian. I think. But, so was Dan Wilks.

Don’t know how it’s done in Isthmian league, but just seen that the Boxing Day/NYD reverse fixtures in steps 1&2 are being changed out for Boxing Day/Good Friday and NYD/Easter Monday reverse fixtures.

A big well done to Bromley.
Are they a Kent club or London?

They are a Kent club who play in the London Borough of Bromley or a London club that play in Bromley, Kent..

London Borough of Bromley, postal address is Bromley, Kent.

Confused - aren't we all

Great achievement for Bromley - good to see a local team make into the EFL - hope they are successful.

With a good manager who they have stuck by. There's a chap that lives close to me, goes up each weekend for the game.
Bet he was pretty pleased yesterday.😁

Didn’t we pretty much swap places with them when relegated from National about 10 years ago? Since then, Bromley has built solid foundations first establishing itself as a competitive team in that league and then developing the ground. Over the last half dozen seasons it’s had FA Trophy success and regular play off places culminating in the ultimate achievement, for a non league club, yesterday.

Was it that long ago we regarded ourselves superior in all things to Bromley, better ground, better support and better players. Now they deservedly enter the EFL. Better them than Maidstone, lets hope they survive longer than Sutton.

No doubt everyone at Bromley has a massive hangover today enjoying their success and rightly so as they have done very well both on and off the pitch, but it's a completely different model to us.

They have a benefactor(s) pumping millions of pounds in so i wonder what will happen in the future when they reach the level their money takes them. However their rise to the EFL has no doubt been enjoyable for them and one i'll keep an eye on as my two lifelong bucket list wishes for DFC are to watch us beat a league club in the FA Cup and to see us play one EFL game. Time is well against me now.......

Come now Park Life - you are not that old!!

We should have already beaten a league club in the FA Cup - we came so close to beating Port Vale at PP all those years ago with that side that had black and white blood running through the players' veins.
