Try as I might I simply cannot see us making the play offs

Top 8 probably but top 5 is a tough call.
Imho we just dont have the quality to get us promoted.
I hope that I am wrong but we just ain't consistent enough.this campaign.
All teams have an off day (even Folkestone )
But imho we have had too many disappointing results this season to worry the top 5.

If we made the top 5 Barry, we'd only be making up the numbers. Not good enough for promotion.
When we started the season we were on a high because a relatively good squad wanted to play for us and had a job to 'finish'. But as said, new players acquired during the summer were obviously found to be lacking.
Players who have signed once the season started were better Carter (loan) and Tennent are two. Bland was brought in from Bowers & P and was a good acquisition. But others are just so so.
Had Ade made that interview immediately after the game? Would it have mattered ? The sh*t was already hitting the fan on here.
I can't believe how it has got this way when Ade couldn't do anything wrong Xmas 24' when we were playing cracking football and at the Top end pressing the leaders. It's a funny old game. To take it to 90 minutes away to getting us promoted to now struggling along to achieve a top five spot.
As he says there's still plenty to play for.
I hope he's right, we may get something to shout for yet. But for a lot, it's looking a vague shout.
Don't hang them out to dry yet, we have to get behind the lads.

In this, or any league, Consistency to the end wins it!
Let you all judge...
Of course, regardless what's being decided rightly or wrongly upstairs or downstairs, we get behind the team, hope and dream on!

I can’t get my head round this Callam Jones thing, he doesn’t score goals and spends most of the game on his back. He’s a yard shorter than he was last year but starts every game. He’s not a target man, doesn’t put many balls in the box, doesn’t take free kicks and rarely shoots. Just can’t see what he brings. Fresh legs late on maybe coz he’s got pace but other than that I don’t get it. Only my opinion for what it’s worth..obviously not Ady’s

Callum is more of a Tommy Henderson type, feeds off the loose ball in the box. But admittedly, he's not even doing that this season.
In any case Tommy was a lot better at it.
