Paid a visit to my local club Faversham yesterday and Bailey Vose was in goal for them. Made a spectacular save to keep a clean sheet for them. Also Tommy Osbourne is in charge of Cray Valley PM. Considering Faversham are rock bottom they played quite well

I've always followed the Faversham Town results with interest as that was my father's home town club.

I think they have been attempting to bring in some new players which has seen an improvement in recent games including a 3-3 draw at leaders Ramsgate last week coming back from 3-0 down.

Still have a lot of ground to make up, including over Corinthians, and Corinthians are being helped by Skip Sawyer. So both teams having it tough at the moment after a few years nearer the top than the bottom of their league.

Lots going on at Faversham's ground. Some money going in there and they are turning to a 3G surface. Just hope they don't drop back into the Kent League or whatever they call it now. Sammy Moore (manager) came out of retirement and is playing at the back for them, I believe he's 46 years old. He also played very well for them but got himself booked as he takes no prisoners. CVPM's were no great shakes and Faversham had a Gillingham lad on loan who scored both goals.
Watching them I can't see them surviving the drop but they certainly are giving it a go now.

It appears that Marcus Dinanga was transferred from Altrincham to Gateshead for an undisclosed fee earlier this month. He scored their winner in 2-1 defeat of Oldham last night.

The much travelled Luke Warner-Eley has joined Hayes & Yeading, his fourth club of the season.
