What a performance yesterday. My biggest worry was that we would carry the Braintree performance into it and be going into the playoffs in bad form but that is not what happened at all.
MOTM for me was Dan Roberts. Very pleased to see him back after his loan spell and getting time in the first team, he has one of the best work rates on the team and always gives 100% and yesterday showed that, players like him are exactly what we need at this level and especially going into one off matches like the playoffs.
The aim for the season has been met by reaching the playoffs in my opinion, and whatever happens now this season has been a positive one but I really hope our season doesn't end on Thursday and we can keep this going.

Anyone else like the all Lilywhite kit yesterday??
It reminded me of…..no not Real Madrid…..or Leeds…..but Tottenham in Europe!! Classy!!
What a day out that was and the team performance wasn't too bad either. I couldn't name my man of the match as there were good performances all over the pitch. It was good to see Dan back in the fold and he just gave us that additional balance down the left side. As for some of those balls played by Curruthers, they were top drawer, not seen that sort of quality since Jon Wallis was at the club . If we are to be successful in the playoffs, he has to be nailed on to start. He just offers something different to our other midfielders.
Also good to meet LA Dart before the match, finally able to put a face to another poster on here. The only downside was Duke loosing his Kazakhstan made mobile phone. Anyway, it sets things up nicely for the Chipps game but I would only expect 1 or 2 changes for this one, although SK might have other ideas.
