The most concerning thing for me was the players performance and attitude.

When will it hit home with the Board? Upcoming interview will say" We go again",

Come on before its too late to make anything of the season, going to be hard for a new manager though as players have already signed up with other clubs so will be hard to find players to get in, and secondly I believe we have no budget for new players otherwise I think pennock would be doing something about it

Playing six defenders against a lower league side and losing is just embarrassing.

I would rather see us dig into the pockets for a loan goalie at this stage than paying out the manager because, frankly, I don’t think we could do better

Can’t imagine there’s much money available to sack Pennock either.
The club is a joke at the moment.

Dartford FC Women at home to QPR Women in the Adobe Women's FA Cup, kick off 14:00
Why not come along and support them for a change. Please do not judge them until you have watched them.

Personally I think Ady is being held back by the Board ! We need to sort them out before blaming the manager 🤷

We are in a tinpot league that we should never have dropped into and we’ve had nothing but constant failures since. We need to act now before we end up dropping out of this league

The season that just keeps giving, letting in late goals, hoofball footy, poor player recruitment and early cup exits. You can’t blame it all on injuries/suspensions or even the budget as it was increased with all the new sponsorship. Great work has taken place off the pitch from the boardroom and yet here we are. Personally, I really like Ady as a person, if fact I would say that he is a lovely guy and I really hope he can turn things around. However, something clearly isn’t right and I think we are getting very close to the inevitable point.

This is woeful, keep losing to lower League sides, I thought the other night was shocking, we have hit an all time low out of all the Cups by 4th October.

“Top bloke” or not he’s been found out and has made a number of massive errors already this season.
Dowse was a top bloke too, didn’t stop him receiving some horrendous personal abuse on here.

Making Micheal captain was a poor choice, giving henly the armband after is even worse.
Dropped marsden regularly last season but seems happy for henly to continue being a disaster week after week.
Continually subbing Olly whilst leaving others on.
Signing Sammie McLeod with the track record of injuries he has.

Need to make a change now before the season is truly dead and buried.

No Pee - taking... After another Disaster!
Manager's lost the plot.
Board Can't Lament off 1992, Forever!
Over 3 decades ago...
Bromley, Tonbridge, Chatham, Hadley are 'avin a larf...
Embarrassing!!
Don't believe in the Daily Direction at all...
Clearly, Major Investment's Required!
Princes Park's falling down...
'was given to us but no major outside finances in!
Men's team's a joke!
May our DFC Women prevail financially, maybe with a Board Rep too, after a Review!

How far have we fallen?
How much further will we fall?
Is the Manager the problem?
Or is it the dressing room?

I look at our players, week in, week out, and some of them don’t look as though they want to be here.

I’m not one for pointing the finger at the Board - yet - but some fucka has to to come up with a solution.

Brentwood away is a given I think. Won’t change much. But thereafter? Need a real shift in attitude.

The attendance at our next home game v Whitehawk will be interesting. Anything below 700 will be very concerning. And will probably tell us all what we need to know.

All I can say is that football at PP is depressing as f*ck at the moment.

On the upside, I wasn’t there today and we finished with 11.

And we go again! 😂

I’m afraid I have to agree with most of the other comments on here, it’s has to be time for a change and quickly. This really is a piss poor season being out of all 3 cup competitions so early and knocked out of them all by lower league opposition is a shambles.
Not only that but we currently sit in 13th place with only 11pts from 9 league games and we’ve had 6 red cards in those 9, something is seriously seriously wrong at the moment.
It’s time for a new manager with new idea’s who can hopefully sort this discipline problem out, hopefully get a better keeper in and make some much needed improvements throughout the whole team.

IF Ady does have any budget left then let the new manager best use it and make some changes because a lot of what is currently in this team aren’t good enough. A new captain is needed as well, an actual leader on the pitch, Michael has missed far too much already and isn’t up to it as a leader and Henly certainly isn’t. The only problem is I honestly don’t know if we have any real leaders in this team.

Out of everything so soon in the season is a bit of an embarrassment. Don't know what the answer is . Still early days in the league but will Ade be given the time to get things right?
From what I'm reading, possibly not.
Defence is looking a shambles no matter what formation and it seems to be running through the team.
But todays result is a hard one to swallow.

One word is creeping in to the club.
Blame it on the directors, management or players but I am beginning to hear APATHY on the terraces
Not good for any club.
Wake up and put 11 players on the park who
WANT to play for the club.!!!
