I think Bognor's estimate of 200 travelling Darts is very conservative. I would have said 300 was closer to the truth.
However, with regard to the absence of any over 65s concessions, they do compensate by having a very low standard admission price of only £12. It was a small price to pay to see the Darts go back on top.

Going to be an exciting end of season ! Back on top spot but the pressure that comes with that has taken its toll on both Dover and Billericay as well as ourselves !

Just need to hold our nerve over the next 6 games and treat everyone like a cup final.

COYD’s

Ps great videos of the goals well done 😊

Six games lads. 100% concentration and discipline. Win ugly 1-0 all the way. That’ll do.

Not too much to be said about the game. Nice training ground free kick drill for the opener, then they cleared off the line a couple of times after which we took our foot off the gas and let them back in. Second half was a bit of a non-event which saw a fair chunk of the crowd just wishing the clock down, fair play to Jonesy though for being there to put the Rocks to the sword.

Hope all the Butlins brigade enjoy Pasquale, East17, Eternal and such, great concept to think that some of these acts will be subject to DFC songs

Started the game on the front foot with a good pressing game, against a Bognor side which preferred to play from the back. An early goal, from a well worked free kick, was a good return for the first half where we were the better side and could have gone in 2 up were it not for a couple of efforts cleared off the line.
2nd half we came out a little sluggish and Bognor grew into the game, with plenty of assistance from the ref who only seemed to see 50/50 challenges in Bognor’s favour. For all their possession though, they created very little and we looked dangerous on the break, before Jones wrapped it up with a poacher’s goal when the ball run loose from a corner.
That was potentially a difficult game today, so great to come away with 3 points and go top of the league. A professional job.

Started the first half well and were rewarded with the early goal from Sam.O from a well worked free kick.
We had a couple more chances in the game but Bognor never really caused us any real problems and other than Jonesy's late strike there wasn't much goalmouth action.
Bit of a scrappy game but a good result and we go back to top spot so very well done to the lads as all that matters now is the result.
Six more games like today would suit me fine.

Agree with Spike, i'd have thought closer to 300 Darts fans there as well.

Like others have said, 6 cup finals to go, but some very tough games to play starting with next weeks trip to Dulwich.

Sizeable Darts contingent there yesterday making lots of noise as usual and is good to see. Despite concerns around traffic, a very good run there and back made all the more worthwhile with the 3 points.

Onto the next! COYDs

Dear Pete may have been thinking ahead about playing Worthing next season should they not get promoted into the National Premier league.😄. Never mind, we are all guilty of doing that at the moment.
I'm sure he meant Horsham.

Don't worry Pete we have all had those moments and, after all, we have played Horsham away at Worthing in the past

One minor request from the club is we ensure we have highlights and commentary from the remaining 6 games, we seemed to be consistent last season however as much as I’m sure the guys who do the commentary and highlights are committed there has definitely been an issue in the second half of the season.

If the club or the supporters need to support financially to ensure we are able to provide the above for the last 6 games I’m sure we would including myself support to ensure it happens.

I’ve seen some really good highlights of all our rivals however we haven’t had much recently as good as the commentary is it doesn’t happen weekly so if the club need help with this they should reach out and I’m sure us fans would support 👌

I'm sure you are right about offering financial support - been a long while since we had a fans fundraising project (Supporters Association excepted if course).
Last I can remember was for some water removing broom/sponge thingy.
