His kicking was dreadful, didn't look comfortable coming for anything.
The clue is in the "clean sheet" bit.
The only thing worth mentioning today and I can't think of any other player worthy of my vote.
You do realise Park Life if things don't improve and you continue adding yourself to the MOTM poll, you may be in danger of being presented with the Supporter's Player of the Season award.
And find yourself on the front page of the Non-League Paper too.
I can assure you 100% I do not add myself to the poll or have anything to do with the admin of the forum.
I'm just a lifelong fan who has DFC running through his veins and post updates on the forum for the fans who can't make it.
I'll be there every week and will contunue to suffer until things improve
Trophy not for me anyway but if there's a cash prize I'd be interested

Having watched some absolutely dire games last season you’d like to think it couldn’t get any worse , but honestly , that was beyond dire . No quality , just hoof it and hope crap . No MOTM for me
Dinosaur tactics. It's a very different Isthmian Premier League to the one in which we hit the long ball down the channels to get out of in 2010.
That was quite possibly the worst game of football I’ve ever seen.
Only one time trying to play, and it wasn’t us.
Pennock is massively out of his depth and it’s becoming more and more obvious with every game.
What style of football are we trying to play? I’ve never seen a team lack so much identity.
Having to play 2 centre backs alongside Josh hill just to get him though 90 mins is a massive issue.
Enough is enough, Pennock has to go.

Could be worse I suppose.
Not sure how, Brian
Sorry Dave, was thinking that a point helped in the looming relegation battle, but I fear that it may be enough to allow the manager to limp on a little further, when some kind of change is clearly needed.
Brian (ex-Longfield) now living in The Peak District
Yet another dire piss poor performance from us, some players couldn’t trap a bag of cement and others couldn’t play a decent pass if they tried. We gave the ball away so many times and this is from some of our most experianced players Samir & Josh.
At this rate we’ll be lucky to have 1 man & his dog watching from the terraces.
I’ve heard so many times now from different people that Pennock & the players need time and it will come but I’m sorry as far as I’m concerned their time is up, I just cannot see any improvements coming at all.
All of the new players that Ady has brought in aren’t up to it and are poor especially the keepers & im afraid Marsdon is included in that, his kicking is absolutely atrocious.
To be honest there’s not many of the players full stop that Pennock has signed that are really up to this level or are good enough for it, there’s possibly 1/2 dozen at best.
It really makes me start to think that none of our management team have actually got any real contacts in the game at all which considering the levels that some have played or managed at is a real surprise OR is it the case that DFC just aren’t attractive to players any longer and they just don’t want to come here or play at this level, I mean come on signing 2 players on a Non Contract basis one of which hasn’t even played for the last 5yrs and the other nobody has ever heard of or knows anything about what so ever. Neither of which have been listed in the team line ups apart from a couple of noddy cup games and that is it.
Let’s face it DFC USED TO BE a big club which attracted players & people but not anymore, we don’t even have a bloody groundsman (unless that has changed within the last 2 weeks).
The crowds are only going to dwindle away even more at this rate and unless the board start acting fast then even the very loyal of fans are going to disappear. People are sick & tired of watching utter dross & shit week in week out and it won’t be long before this club are fighting yet another relegation battle instead of a promotion one. We had enough of this crap last season and even the one before and we hoped & preyed that this one would be a bit different but clearly it’s not.
Had it been listed my MOTM vote would’ve gone to the fans for staying & putting up with shit for 96mins but alas Parklife gets my vote.
As I walked out the ground just as the final whistle went I could hear boo’s from the crowd, is it really a surprise to anyone when we get performances like that.

And split the cash with the administrator.
You'll both be sacked with immediate effect.
Very poor match with little decent football played by either team. We created virtually nothing in attack all game
and Cray always looked the more likely team to nick it, so got to be pleased with the draw. We look too weak in most positions
and teams are able to bully and out muscle far to easily. Need some serious improvement in recruitment quickly.
It is getting a little worrying. I left early only to hear screaming outside and a chap screaming 'Steve Irving out ' while trying to headbutt a wall.
He was only in his late 40's early 50's and ranting like a reformist. His girlfriend/wife tried to placate him by telling him to 'shut the f**k up'. But still he was venting his spleen going out of the gate.
I came out from behind an ambulance after he had gone and ran for my car.
If it's getting to this stage it is a worry.
I didn't see this with the previous Herbert.
It's like Tromso on a Friday night.
Cray started the game better and looked the only side likely to score, i can only recall one half decent shot on goal for us in the first half.
Second half was even worse as from memory i can only recall one week effort on goal.
It was a really poor game to watch with so many misplaced passes, especially form us.
From what I've seen so far this season I don't think this division is as good as i was expecting and after initially thinking we would start the season poorly but improve and make the play offs, I now feel as a club we should be challenging for the title. But atm we are miles away from that.
I will not criticise the players as i still think they are giving it their all and always keep going for the full 90 mins, i just don't think we have anywhere near enough quality and we need reinforcements.
However i thought tactically today was very poor as we made no attempt to change shape to try and improve things offensively. We made a straight swap up front first which was a waste of time as we created virtually nothing all game, then swapped Olly for a central midfielder? This to me looked like we were just making sure we didn't lose!
We had absolutely no width whatsoever with neither full/wing back getting forward at any time so i would have gone to a back four and at least tried something different, but maybe the fear of defeat got the better of everyone?
I said pre season to rebuild a squad from scratch would be very difficult and we would need to change things as the season progresses, NOW IS THAT TIME. So imo the next couple of months is where Ady will be judged and he needs to get some quality experienced payers in ASAP.
He has a big job on his hands.
If a few got their wish and we changed the manager now what would they do if a replacement came in and after 15 games he hadn't done well?
It's a real difficult situation we're in and atm one I'm not sure what the outcome will be.
We are rock bottom of the form chart so a very good attendance today, hardly any atmosphere though as their was nothing to cheer about.
With the pearls of wisedom being tweeted out by director Brenlund it’s clear to see exactly why we are heading in the direction we are.
“Got to remember how new almost every team member is to each other” ITS NOVEMBER.
And if that’s the case, maybe stop signing random players on non contract terms to play for one game and then vanish.
Never has a club had a board so out of touch with modern football.
I agree with most of the posts on here.
It is very sad amd frustrating
to watch this team of journeyman and hopefuls.
I could have played in goal for our opponents,he had very little to do.
Whoever is running our club
WAKE UP.
Otherwise we may not be in this league next season
And I am not talking about promotion.
I walked out with several other people and believe me the natives have gone from being unhappy to being apathetic.
To vote PL for MOTM is laughable. The only time he moved for the ninety minutes was backwards to the bar amidst moments of reaching for his pocket to see if we were winning on any of his apps. That said, he did an average job of keeping fans informed and from calling the Samaritans, who were continually engaged from a growing list of despairing Darts fans.

Just got in from a party given
By a good friend.
I enjoyed it much more than that woeful so called football match at PP
Pathetic rubbish.
So, so sad to see our once great non league club reduced to nothing more than a glorified pub team.
Nothing will change because whoever is running this pantomime haven't got a scoobby do.
The club I have supported for 66 years are a total shambles!

I’m sorry Babylon, but that is such an emotion-filled diatribe that I must disagree with most of what you say. To use words like woeful, pathetic, pantomime and shambles beggars belief! Sorry, but I disagree with yours and many others views. I’ll sit back and wait for the barrage of abuse. At least it will detract from the vitriol that’s being directed towards the good people that run this club, well for a short time anyway!!
