RIP Gordon

Post by KSTDART »

I have had the sad news that Gordon has passed away , I am sure lots of people on here will have known him . He always started the I will 500 miles song whenever he was in attendance. I knew Gordon outside of DFC and he was a great bloke , he will be sorely missed .

I remember Gordon from when he was on the terraces, always a lively character who loved a laugh and a sing-a-long.

RIP Gordon.

That's sad news, condolences, I didn't know him personally, but he always seemed to have a smile on his face.

Had some great moves and was wore his personalised DFC shirt with pride. I have a picture of him out for the count on the way back from Port Vale. Not many people who would dance on demand.

When feeling less jovial, he used to bellyache about not being able to have a drink on the terraces at PP, what a shame he couldn’t enjoy a few out there next season.

Had some genuinely funny exchanges with Gordon over the years at football, in the boozer and around town. He was a lovely guy and will be sadly missed. RIP
