HT 1-1.
On the balance of play we've done well to get in level.

How we are not 5/6 down is beyond me. Different class. Still, it's the sort of game we could win If Yeovil go home.
Wind has now dropped behind the stand somewhat and we could see a tighter game second half.
If only Yeovil would go home.

They move the ball so quick and always have someone available. On what I've seen so far a very good side and if they had their shooting boots on the game would be over......... but thankfully so far they haven't so who knows.

Desperate defending, good goalkeeping and the woodwork has saved us from a proper tonking.

First half, mainly the opening 20 minutes, against the wind we was poor. Could've been about 3 or 4 down. Yeovil showed why they are top of the league, moving the ball quickly and exploiting any space we had left in the final third. Lucky to go in as a draw as the only chance we had was our goal. A lovely ball in from Allen that looked overhit at first, but George waited patiently and nodded it in when it did drop.
Second half although the wind died down a little we still had conditions in our favour and if anything I thought we were unlucky to not win the game. Chinny pounced on an error from them and finished it nicely. Right at the end I thought Joash had scored from the corner we had. Aside from that we had plenty of the ball in their half.
Not sure what happened with their 2nd goal, looked like Sam lost track of his runner and a ball across was tapped in.
Overall an enjoyable game of football which I haven't thought much this season! We've proven we can go toe to toe with, at the moment, the best team in this league. Something to build on and hopefully get some consistency going.
MOTM Ryan easily. Kept us in the game first half and when they did attack 2nd half he looked very comfortable in saving their shots

Positive performance in the end. We were often scrappy and I thought we were in real danger of a bloodbath after 10 minutes. We settled after our goal but Yeovil always looked the better side. That was a real chance for Joash to win it at the end though! If only…
