Re: Truro City v Dartford Tue 26 Mar 2024
Truro shot at goal blocked but I couldn't see who by. It's starting to feel dodgy.

Re: Truro City v Dartford Tue 26 Mar 2024
Since Truro brought subs on they are getting much more possession. Bray starting to tire up front on his own.

Re: Truro City v Dartford Tue 26 Mar 2024
Darts still having the better of the game. Lots of possession around the edge of the box but Truro packing the defence.

Re: Truro City v Dartford Tue 26 Mar 2024
Decent half from Darts. Probably the better team but we've seen that before and it doesn't mean jack. Truro not very adventurous and packing plenty of men behind the ball. I think they'd be happy enough with a draw. That's not enough for us though.

Re: Truro City v Dartford Tue 26 Mar 2024
In a desperate last gasp attempt at getting the game called off, Truro's dark goddess of infinite postponements has made the sun disappear and the rain is falling. Gloucester may have an all weather pitch and it may be a futile gesture, but this mischievous little bu**ar isn't going down without a f...

Re: Truro City v Dartford Tue 26 Mar 2024
If that 9 includes us it might only be 8, my missus is staying at the hotel whilst I'm at the game. Could be the lowest attended proper game I've ever been to.

Re: Dartford v Hemel Hempstead Town Sat 23 Mar 2024
I disagree with Ady, in my opinion this wasn't a point gained, it was 2 pts lost. We have to finish higher than 4 clubs and Hemel were one of the few that were in reach. They were in a stinking run of form and let's be honest, were undoubtedly one of our best (if not THE best) chances of actually wi...

Re: Dartford v Hemel Hempstead Town Sat 23 Mar 2024
Great business by Ady today. We had 3 glaring holes and he's plugged all 3. All 3 have to start tomorrow. We DO have some good players and if these new guys are as good as Ady's most recent acquisition, Ronny Nelson, then we've got half a chance. If memory serves, I think this feeling is called opti...

Re: Dartford v Hemel Hempstead Town Sat 23 Mar 2024
Looking forward to welcoming Dowse in an appropriate manner tomorrow. Ady Pennock might see it as just another game but in my eyes it's open warfare against the architect of this season's shambles and a fantastic opportunity to turn the tables and drag Hemel into the relegation dogfight. They are ca...

Re: Truro City v Dartford Tue 26 Mar 2024
Well if Taunton have games at home on Saturday and Monday, given how poor the pitch has been, it's asking a lot to play 3 games in 4 days. I've already wasted several hundred quid making pointless journeys down to the west country and Truro have already shown they don't give a **** about both home a...

Re: RIP Dave Skinner
Such sad news, without him (& others of course, especially his Co Chairman Steve Irving) would there be a DFC today? It is my understanding Dave put his home as security to secure the funds to keep The Darts going before things settled with the new ground. Only part of what he did & maybe w...
