I'm going to be optimistic and say that TB and the board have already spoken with most of the players and that we will see quite a few remain with the club.

Alan Dowson or Chris Kinnear for me, both have great contacts and develop young players. We need a manager with the emphasis on a team ethic. If we decide on a young manager, who can help develop our academy, then I would go for Bobby Wilkinson.

Hess has not been replaced, he is still their manager. I just pointed out that their website had listed Dowson as manager. I think someone was on a wind-up.
