Re: Lewes v Dartford Sat 6 Dec 2025
The winning goal was absolutely from a corner we had in the 93 min which was played short, then again played backwards towards the centre circle, directly to the opposition. It was one of the biggest suicide buttons I’ve ever witnessed in what was otherwise a very even contest.

See you all there, but not in the ground before kick off.
Local pub for us as i'm not gonna spend a penny there to pay for plastic cups i don't want (with no refund) and not very good food.
How this place is supposed to be one of the most popular places to visit is beyond me........

Seriously though, Pennock’s comment would’ve been acceptable if we were in Dovre’s position but we aren’t and it isn’t.

Agree with PL regarding MOTM, sometimes loanees return and show us precisely why they deserve to be a part of the set-up. We did ride our luck somewhat at times, but felt we outclassed Hamlet in all areas ultimately. Motoring along nicely.

Re: Dartford v Dulwich Hamlet Sat 29 Nov 2025
This fixture always seems to have a bit about it. Having missed most of the friendlies, our opener at Champion Hill was one of the first opportunities I had to see a number of our new players, obviously it did not shine a good light on Messrs. Henly & Frempah. They will surely want to avenge those ...

On FootballWebPages there is a vidiprinter correction to the attendance of 480 to 580. Think they were taking the p**s out of the taxman just a bit too much!

Re: Cray Valley Paper Mills v Dartford Sat 22 Nov 2025
Would love a gritty 0-1 Away win though or a repeat of last season🙏🏻
McKimm said at Christmas (and possibly beyond) that our visit to CVPM on the opening day was their worst performance of the season. Also, we flew by the seat of our pants in the playoff semi at PP. By some twisted logic then ...

I’ll play BB! Firstly, how did you get to see the goals in that game? I’ve googled it but can’t find any highlights. Also, it’s not the easiest of places to get to given the proximity; was considering driving too but it is the boring option so would rather have a couple of roadies on the train ...

Many on here need to be reminded of the ‘never too high, never too low’ mantra. I’m sure Welling would gladly trade places and they last played at this level back when the old king died. Saying something if Rambo’s losing the faith though…

Re: Dartford v Wingate & Finchley Sat 8 Nov 2025
Samir played half a dozen absolute world class balls in the first half to create 20 yards of attacking space, a couple of these led to some good passing spells where we pressed our opponents well and looked dangerous. Unfortunately, that’s as good as it got for us and we simply faded into desolation ...

Re: Dartford v Welling Sat 1 Nov 2025
Top of the form table now with Box (10) and Dsane (9) top two goal scorers in the league. Must admit I didn’t think we’d be deeming Wingate & Finchley at home a ‘real test’ since leaving the Isthmian league behind in 2010 - especially considering the previous statement - but it is and we have to ...

Re: Dartford v Welling Sat 1 Nov 2025
Ten unbeaten is very good. Not many teams will do that. Shame it’s sullied by the usual immediate cup exits, but there we are. Hope we carry the momentum into today - think Stringer has done fairly well at PP in the past; fingers crossed Luke Allen has one of his usual unremarkable performances too ...

Re: Cray Wanderers v Dartford Sat 25 Oct 2025
Agree great performance from Henly, probably his best so far. There must be a reason CW didn’t built a shed / stand of some sort opposite the main building. It’s really not a very good football watching experience. Still, they were considerably better opponents than our last two games and we did ...
