Agree with you TC. Had to keep the ball down with the keeper out of position if he's have missed it the crowd would have let him know. Excellent goal. But also good to see the build up on a couple of goals.

How about Rod Stringer currently at Brentwood. Wouldn't need to whistle, can hear him a mile off. Meets all the criteria.

One thing I'm really going to miss about Steve was his whistle. When he whistled even I looked at the bench.

If anyone had their doubts about SK on the board then It was the right thing to do. Even to the point had Steve got us up into the National League. The club comes first. I personally liked Steve but didn't like the conveyor belt system of players.

Jason had suffered a major injury before he came to us. Top class player and usually scores against the Darts. Don't think he was all that happy playing for them.

Very surprised at this but in a way 'Not surprising'. :shock: Steve King is a volatile manager and surely we all new it. I think Worthing need a mention also as they were running away with the Isthmian Premier on three occasions (two interrupted by covid). Happy to get over the line at long last. A team to watch.

No doubt Fleet were the better side for the first 90 minutes. Robbed.
