Yesterday was Jay’s last day at the club , I would lime to thank him for all his hard work and giving us the best pitch possible over the years . He is going to be a hard man to replace. The only up side is he will not have to work on Saturdays and said he will be joining us on the terraces Thanks Jay

A good run out for a new look team , we played some decent stuff against an very strong Charlton side
Our goals was came from a lovely cross and Callum Jones scored with with a fantastic header

I would still like to see a proven top striker for this level at the peak of his powers . I am sure Box will do well and Duane will score goals but want that man that defences will fear. Also a midfield general like we had with Noble / Bradders

I have had the sad news that Gordon has passed away , I am sure lots of people on here will have known him . He always started the I will 500 miles song whenever he was in attendance. I knew Gordon outside of DFC and he was a great bloke , he will be sorely missed .

I know we have plenty of time left until the season starts and normally I would not be worried but after last season when we were nowhere near ready when the season kicked off I am starting to get a bit nervous
