First game forme this season and really looking forward to it as Havant are a tough , physical side with plenty of ex higher league player in their team. Good interview with Pierre whose comments epitimises the ethos that Dowse wants the Darts squad to have , attitude is a great thing and this squad has it !!!!!!!!!!!!

We seemed to have controlled and created many chances during the 90 mins ,just need to put a few more away to save any last minute flutters , team is already developing into a Dowse style team, very hard to play against and solid !!!!! Looking forward to tuesday which will be a tough , physical game...

Jacob Berkely Ageypong trialed for Maidstone on Saturday so guess he is a free agent , if it doesnt work out be great to have him back at the Darts !!!!

We were not very good 1st half with Chatham moving the ball well and playing some nice stuff , obviously not our strongest 11 , 2nd half with experienced subs coming on eg Carruthers , Winter, Sheringham etc we dominated but didnt convert the many chances we created , Sherinham victim of a bad tackl...

Just had a look at the Borehamwood site including 2 preseason interviews with their Manager Luke Gerrard who is a quality proven guy at NLP level , their squad is packed with good solid experienced guys who will be a tough nuts to crack. Tomorrow will as near as possible a proper game and the Darts ...

Makes sense geographically for Kory as its only a quick trip down the M1 from his midlands home to Hemel Hempstead and he will not miss the M25 hike around to Dartford !!!!!!!

Hemel also signed Jordan Greenidge from Weymouth who was on loan to us last season , he is a big guy [ 6* 5"] and will keep Bonner/Essam busy , Hemel must like big guys cause also signed from St Albans Bailey Brown who is a midfielder and 6* 4 "
