I see talent on the pitch but sorry I just don't see enough passion.
I don't question our players abilities but like you I have doubts with some of them regarding commitment.

I don't know how the play offs will go but imo we have too many lightweights in our squad.
Oh for a Noble or Bradbrook type

And oh for a striker or two who scare the crap out of defenders.
We flatter to deceive with this squad
I can take defeat but it is the way we lose that gets me!!

Have to admit, play offs at best .
Too many points dropped and whilst I accept that this is a tough league we just haven't been able to finish teams off .
Whatever the reasons are ...we are a decent team in this league but we are simply not consistent enough.imho.

We are great at home but on the road we ain't so good.
Play offs are now far more likely.
excellent performance last week against Dorking but once again our away record has let us down .
I have to say that inconsistency has cost us dearly.
Very disappointing!!

One thing I forgot in my original post,
The miss of the day ...it has to be the Dorking player who smashed the ball over our crossbar from 5/6 yards out
just before the interval , very fortunate for us but even so a dreadful miss.

Why can't we play like that a little more often? Apart from that imo it was a dull game against average oppo.
We did enough to win today but we will have to improve when
Dorking and Maidscum visit PP.

We looked far more attack minded when Leonard joined the fray imo.
