We were a better footballing outfit than Morcambe that day but they hit us on the break twice and we were chasing the game..we got one back and I firmly believe that if we had equalised then we would have won it in extra time because we were fitter.
But it was a very memorable day.

Obviously the players safety is a priority.
Also as has already been stated Taunton have a long trip and needed to know about the postponement ASAP
We are not behind in our fixtures so no real damage done.

We are not going to win every game. But after our efforts over the holiday it seemed to me that we had the attitude that we just had to turn up. I am told that Hemel have a new manager and they obviously had a game plan. Too many Dartford players were not at the races today. Hopefully it was one off...

I am stuck at home with a nasty bug(not covid). But the lads have certainly made me feel a bit better. What a result and putting 8 goals past webbed feet in 2 games is one hell of a Christmas present. Long way to go but the season is a marathon not a sprint Super, super Darts . Dowson for president!!
