Did anyone happen to take down or see anyone else take down a Dartford flag yesterday? Not one of mine but a Darts fan from Devon ? He went to take it down and it had gone ?

Re: Chatham Town v Dartford Wed 1 Jan 2025

Away win and clean sheet against a very decent Chatham side makes a perfect start to the new calendar year. Before the game, I would have taken a draw given the dreadful weather.

My Chatham supporting mate sent a message after the game simply saying ‘ You just have that bit more class. Physical and ...

Re: The state of Dartford football club

With regard to the attendance figures and regardless of whether non-attending season ticket holders are counted, I think the fact that the stupid rule (that disallowed people from standing on the railings in the walkway) has been relaxed has made it harder to assess the attendance figures. The H&S ...

Re: Dartford v Wingate & Finchley Sat 19 Oct 2024

Sadly today sums up where we are heading. No disrespect to wingate& Finchley but we shouldn’t be anywhere near we are now.

For me, some members of the board need a hard good look at themselves and question what they actually bring to the board.

Just look at where we are compared to 3 years ago ...

RIP Wes Bass

Unfortunately I have had the sad news that Wes Bass passed away this morning. Even though he hasn’t attended a match for a while, I am sure lots of people on here will have known him. I always enjoyed our chats when outside of DFC and he was a great bloke, and especially enjoyed his real ale. He ...

Re: Isthmian Premier League News

I see Chatham had just over 3000 for their play off semi final, allowed drink on the terraces and only charged £5 entry.

It’s not a surprise they get 3000+ at £5 admission, just think of all that extra money coming in on food, drink, programmes & club shop.

Agree on the extra money on food ...

There is one thing Park Life that I would like clarity on. It is mentioned now and again that if special offers or free entry is made on ticket entry the loss of money can be offset with extra bar and food sales
I would like to know what the deal is with the catering deal. Do we get a rent ...

Slight exaggeration - it’s not as grim as Stanley Park or Luton. Does look a bit nicer in the sun, still not much libation opportunity though. Depends how much you like Wetherspoon really!

How much abuse will I get for this post I wonder. How anyone can have an ounce of positivity left in them after what I saw today I don't know. That could have been 5-0 we got lucky it was only 2.

Absolutely woeful. Never looked like scoring and MOST of the players simply do not care and aren't ...

Well we huffed and puffed but never looked liked blowing the house in. If relegation means that we will get rid off these charlatans then bring it on. We might as well play the academy side for the remaining games to get them ready for next season.

On entry to the ground today I was given a ‘player ...
